On the day of the booking, she alerted me again about the tech coming out within the time capsule provided. Gabriel, the on-site technician was professional, and meticulous in doing the work. Their pricing was very reasonable, so we booked an appointment. They came out and quickly replaced 11 screens, leaving just one that we decided not to replace at the time. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I couldn't believe the price I was quoted, I surely thought it was too good to be true. German, the owner, showed up and confirmed the measurements of my garage and gave me an accurate quote. With my sporadic schedule being a first responder, I asked German if he was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment same day. Needless to say he delivered! He showed up on time, made quick work of the install, hauled my old garage door in under 3 hours. This garage door is 510 lbs but you can't even hear it open and close from the inside of my house!
