He said it would be no problem to fix it and to bring it back on Thursday (6-5-2025), which we did. A few hours later, it was good as new with no charge. We still highly recommend Exotik Designs. They didn't mask off enough of the bumper so they ended up sanding parts of my bumper leaving it dull in spots. They must have hand cut the material because now I have razor blade marks on the plastic of the headlight lens. And because of one of those scratches the material didn't stick in that area well and is now starting to lift. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with the headache. There are other places in town that are more expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

There were numerous bubbles (after six weeks) and the PPF wasn't trimmed properly. The owner, Dexter, has sold the building and has closed the business. He sent me to another shop to complete the job, but they can't because they aren't an authorized dealer of the brand of material that was used on my car. This is not the way to run (and close) a business!
