In many occasions I have seen five or six-year-old kids who have their black belt, and not sure exactly how that happened. But let me make this clear, this is a good thing... I don't want my son to be handed colored belts simply because were paying checks. I want him to know how to defend himself, live healthy and show others respect. And this location and the Sansai are just downright amazing. As I was saying, these kids work and they work hard! They spend the better part of half of the class doing drills and practicing and the other half of the class is straight up calisthenics! When was the last time you saw kids having to do calisthenics at school? I'm talking Burpee's... I'm talking push ups... Sit ups... Crunches... You name it and they are helping these kids get healthy and stronger while learning the pros of martial arts. As far as the facility goes, it's great... It's in a public shopping center in Lake Nona and super easy to get to with lots of parking no complaints there. The facility is also very clean at all times and offers really nice quality uniform those T-shirts and accessories needed for class, But I must say everything is extremely reasonably priced. I believe I paid $10 for my sons T-shirt so that you could wear one in Lou of his karate uniform jacket under in the summer. I don't know when the last time someone only charged me $10 for T-shirt was, because I'm fairly certain Tommy Bahama did not sell me a shirt for $10 and it's a pretty good deal. So in conclusion if you got kids or if you're in adult and you want to get your butt in gear and learn some martial arts this place is awesome and I think, no I know that you will love this joint!

I've been attending school through Wah Lum for over 15 years now and I also went to China with Master Chan. I've studied some Kung Fu and Tai Chi at the school on Goldenrod but also attended many special sessions for anniversaries and cruises. I can't say any thing bad about these schools. They run a tight ship so don't think you are going to get off easy! You must train hard and take the training seriously. If you think they are going to let you flop around the temple and be lazy well you need to find a different place to be lazy. There is no lazy at Wah Lum!!! A+ school and Master Chan is the best. I will always thank him for the teachings that he has given me personally and also that privledge of learning at one of his many other schools. I will always think of this style and school as being my home away from home because they treat there students like family. Oh, did you see that I mentioned cruises? and the trip to China? That's because every once in a while they get the schools together and they go on trips. During those trips they practice Kung Fu and Tai Chi. My trip to China was amazing and we spent three weeks in China visiting the different schools and temples. The cruises are basic 5, 7 or 10 day cruises but the best thing is that you get to train at Kung Fu at sea! Pretty freaking cool!!! Check the schedule and find a time when you are able to go by and check things out. Bring your kids to have them check out the kids classes! Find a price plan which works for you and have fun getting in to shape learning traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi!

After signing up my boys I decided to train. It has really changed our lives. This has helped us become closer since we're training together. My children have become more confident, respectful and more focused. I've gotten in to the best shape of my life and it has given me more confidence. The instructors are great. They motivate you and really break down the curriculum. I have never felt like this was something I couldn't physically do. With all their motivation and dedication to their students it has really helped me to reach my goals and make new ones. I dont know of anywhere else that a Grand Master would take time to teach every person himself. I cant say enough i think there is something for everyone here. Grand Master Hill makes it fun but also is teaching you very important lessons so when you walk out the door you know that you have learned something.
