I have never really gotten anything bad at Huey's ad the service is always good. I absolutely love their spinach and artichoke. Dip. I also love their soups. My wife and I stopped in before a show. I started out with the soup of the day. It was a white bean with chicken and chili. I know that don't sound great....lol...But let me tell you that was a very good soup. It had a very unique flavor. My wife got her usual steak on a stick. She said it was very tender and flavorful. She also got a order of The Onion rings. If you like the big onion rings, you can't go wrong. I got the Reuben sandwich and onion straws. It was hands down one of the best Reuben's I've had in quite some time. I highly recommend Southaven Huey's. if you want a good meal for a good price you can't go wrong here. Oh, and be sure to try the soup of the day you won't be disappointed. The inside is always very nice and clean. They have lived music occasionally and a full bar. It's just an all around fun place to go in my opinion.

The Celtic queso has tortillas and what appeared to be house made potato chips. Both were very good! The 2 adults had some beer on tap. A Yeungling and a 201 Hoplar. Kid (well he is 21 but doesn't drink) had a coke. Entrees were a smash burger with fries, a Buffalo chicken sliders with onion rings, and a shepherds pie with mashed potatoes and gravy and okra. Everything was very good! Often fried things are either over or under done and come out not great however whoever was working the fryer was on it because the onion didn't pull out of the rings when you bit it and the okra was still nice inside the breading. A great customer mix. When we first got there it was older crowd and middle agers with some family then as the night progressed families then the younger generation. It's good to see the younger generation coming in and playing the old school games. All in all we had a blast. The staff was amazing. We saw Breanna when we ordered, as the runner put down our meal-she asked if it looked okay. We never saw her again until we were done with our meal. Not checking on us after we've taken a bite, asked for refills, tried to offer desserts-nothing. It wasn't that busy so very discouraging that you couldn't check on us, remove a plate, grab a drink... nothing. We would probably come back because of the menu but customer service is everything.
