After i did not hear from them on the fourth day i called. I was informed they sold mine by mistake but could tag the floor model which is new and i was ok with that but did not feel I should have to pay for assembly since it was put together for display purposes. When I question them and told them how i felt Tom (who i talked to) talked in circles and acted like i was a bother. If it wasn't for it being a Christmas gift I would of got my money back. Apparently the inventory itself is one step up junk. It all looks good on the outside, but the equipment is definitely subpar and that's being nice. At least the floors are clean. At least they were when I was there. Sadly it seems like everything's overpriced like I said, and even their hunting section is all Gucci crap that no one would really use at least the real hunters. And that's even if you have a section like that. Seriously the whole place is going downhill and I don't think they even know it. This is not just for one location I frequent at least five looking for a single product and they did not even have that even when I called in person on the other line, sadly was not helpful and their website is not helpful in the least sadly. if I had a negative score, I would probably give it here.
