This is about the only decent place to go to in Jackson if you want to go shopping with several…read moreshops along an indoor shopping strip/mall. They have Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Dunhams, post office, health food store, Five Below, Bath and Bodyworks, Ross, TJ Max, Men's Wherehouse, Kohl's, Sephora, arcade, popcorn and candy store, video game store, furniture store, they even have the Secretary of State office to get your car registration updated! Oh and don't forget the Chocolate shop for those who are chocolate addicts. I come here from time to time and bring my kids here and they like the spinning doors, Five Below and Dollar Tree. If you're looking for a outlet mall type experience, Jackson Crossing comes pretty close, it doesn't have everything a full mall would have but they have enough. They have some discount stores that people will often frequent. If you're in Jackson and have nothing to do, you would probably come to Jackson Crossing.

This place is a mini mall not a big mall. This place is very neglected unfortunately! There are giant holes the restrooms. They still had Christmas decorations up in July! They had parts of the mall section off but as a mini mall that could be walked around in like 3 minutes! It's got some unique shops to them but really it's more of a gathering space too assistant connects to other big box stores. There's an abandoned Carousel too. Inside of the place is old and outdated. It still gets fair foot though regardless

I love going to Barnes & Nobles because I can never resist a bookstore. They also have the mall classics like Finishline, Buckle, Bath and Body Works, and of course Claire's. I do prefer going to small local places, so malls were never my favorite place. But to see entire malls go downhill is still saddening. I do hope to see buildings like this to be occupied by small local businesses so that malls can be filled and we can support local people at the same time. I'm not sure I'll be back until more stores come in, but I might be tempted by Auntie Anne's.

When I did my research, this mall used to have over 90 businesses before online shopping reign supreme for shoppers who want the stuff they're looking for. The real downhill started when JCPenney, Sears, and other good stores starting to close their doors when online shopping is new to the people of Battle Creek since the internet is going to be replacing public communication. When I went in the mall, I only cared about the skate park and Barnes And Noble and that's it, I never feel like coming back. Most of the employees feel like they never got human contact while being stuck in the past from the outside world and even the modern-day internet world we lived in now. Horrocks, Battleground Skate House, and other stores will soon leave to find better available leases in the mall and it will result to being a place with ZERO businesses and becomes the next Orchards Mall. I say that the best bet is to demolish the mall now to make room for a mixed use development project. Seriously folks, just go online shopping as a second option, it's better than going through malls that are dead, depressing, and isolated to the rest of Battle Creek and the world. For every employee and business owner who wants to see human contact, please relocate your business to new areas of Battle Creek and let the mall disappear so we'll move on in the future.
