What I didn't realise that I had FOUR, not TEN, days to pick my order up. The check-out page in the newbalance.com website shows that the order would be held for ten days. I was one day late and missed the pick-up. When I showed up, the store claimed not to have my order anymore. Really??? That fast in getting rid of my order??? I contacted New Balance customer service to complain. Apparently, this store policy conflicted with New Balance's 10-day hold. Then, my pre-authorisation payment was held up (could be up to seven days). So, I have decided to report the discrepancy with the store and corporate policies to FTC and Better Business Bureau because it involves my money that hadn't been released to my bank account for five days. You know like oh this is nice I will try this or what not. When I told them what I was looking for It seemed that they really pushed the higher priced item's on me without any options so I thought that was the deal. However non of the shoes they showed me fit, that is when they brought out other options that fit, cost way less and I liked them better. It felt sneaky!
