This store was by far the most helpful in terms of selection, knowledge, and the amount of time they were willing to spend answering questions and providing suggestions! I want to specifically mention Gabby because she helped me every time I came in to try on and narrow down what shoes to buy (3-4 times). She was awesome--very attentive and knew so much about not just the shoes but foot support in general. I am not a runner by any means but I am on my feet all day for work, and I found the store to be very accommodating. Finally settled on two pairs that I can rotate around as my feet need more stability. I did get the $2 VIP membership on their website for a better shoe price and shipping cost. Really really happy with my experiences here.

Whoever thought it a good idea to turn away people prepared to pay your exorbitant prices for a simple pair of shoes is a full on marketing FAIL! I was told to go to the mall if I didn't want their analysis before purchasing a pair. I give these people less than a year before their model crashes down or is radically changed!

She was short, acted like an exchange was an inconvenience, so rude I was tempted to just return the shoes completely and tell her where she could put them! I also bought two more pairs, when I told her I had $15 in points to redeem, she said since she couldn't "see" them in her system, I couldn't use them. I mean what's the point of a rewards program if you can't use the points?! I love the shoes but will not be returning to this location - all she was doing was modeling poor customer service to her employees. The store was also very unorganized and they weren't even busy.

Had to wait for cashier check out other customers, there were no apology/conversation for the mistake (twice) and I felt the 2nd employee/manager(?) standing by is very ignorant and idk maybe racist against Asian? The 2nd employee/manager just watched us wait this whole time with long face, did not greet us, did not assist, only greeted and apologized to the other customer (non-Asian) who checked out while we waited for cashier to correct cash 2nd time! I decided on a pair that was significantly more expensive but had all the features and comfort I was looking for working at a mining site. The previous pair of Red Wings boots lasted me 3 years with no issues and I expect the same out of the new pair I just bought. Spent a long time looking through the clearance rack that had lots of great finds and even walked out with a bunch of them.
