Wow!! What a hidden little gem! I kept passing by this place wanting to stop in since it's pretty new but I never had time. We were having a party at our house and I didn't want the typical pizza chain so this popped in my head! We ordered 8 large pizzas and they were a HUGE HIT! I would've ordered more if I knew how good it was going to be! And the bonus-THEY'RE HALAL!! My husband & nephew are Muslim and we had no idea this place was halal! They were so excited when I brought home a variety of pizza they can eat instead of the typical cheese pizza! The pepperoni is beef & the sausage & "ham" is turkey!!! DAY MADE!! The Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Tandoori Chicken Pizza were both great. The Tandoori Chicken sub was good too. Will definitely come back for them the next time I'm in the area. Well so I have been hearing about this place lately and finally got a chance to try it this week! I must say their burgers turned out really good!!! We got the cheese burger, not in the picture though, grilled chicken and crispy chicken sandwich was very good! The chicken wasn't dry and quiet juicy! The pizza in my opinion could be better, I did have better pizza than that. But will definitely be going there back if in the area to try out their other stuffs! And one big amazing thing is that they serve all and only and completely HALAL food!!!! So definitely take your family and friends and give this place a shot! We heard of this new halal pizza shop and figured we'd give it a try on a Saturday evening around 6. It's not too big of a place, there were about 5 seating booths available. Definitely got busier by the time we left and looks like they had a lot of takeout/delivery orders. We ordered the grand slam pizza, a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, and a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The staff was friendly and our orders came out in about 20-25 minutes. It was some delicious and fresh stuff! My favorite was the pizza, by far the best halal pizza in the Sterling/Herndon/Reston/Ashburn area IMO. The burgers and crispy chicken sandwich had a lot of flavor too. Make sure to get their house "champs" sauce on the side, it's a spicy mayo. I've sample probably 20+ pizza joints since moving to VA and Champs is hands down, no competition, the best pizza place in Northern Virginia. The crust is soft, bready, chewy, without being yeasty or tough. The sauce is seasoned wonderfully, and has a little kick to it. The cheese is from what I can tell, purely mozzarella and that's just how I prefer it. Also note, the staff is quite friendly and went out of their way to make sure my order was fulfilled and found a new driver for it to be delivered, even though the problem was not their fault. The initial service at the time of placing the order seemed a little sub par. However, the quality of food and the service there onwards made up for the not so great first impression. We tried the Crispy Chicken sandwich combo - great sandwich and a pretty generous portion of fries + the soda was 20 oz bottle (i personally like it much better than the fountain soda as it never has the same kick as bottled soda). Taking away 1 star for the kitchen fumes/heat making it to the dining area. I'll definitely visit again and try other menu items as well. Something tells me i will be coming here often. read more

Very Clean restaurant. The staff were very nice. On the way home, got a call from restaurant and they forgot to put one item in the bag. They will quickly offered up to deliver even though they really don't have dedicated delivery. Anyhow food was amazing. Their chicken really was good and i would say better than franchise fried chicken sandwiches, yes that one. Very juicy spicy chicken on a perfectly toasted brioche bun. I am really disappointed in Champs. I buy here frequently and have always loved their food. I placed a call ahead order for lunch. My boyfriend went to go pick it up and they told him it wasn't ready because they didn't spinach. I told my boyfriend okay just tell them to add onion and mushrooms instead. They then made the calzone and forgot to put the bacon i asked for when i ordered on the phone. This situation couldve been avoided in many ways. Like she couldve checked and see if they had spinach.
