I was super decent at it lol

This is a pool cafe. It consists of pool tables, some automated game machines and darts. My friend and I wanted to meet up on Monday and this was a prefect option. We played a game of darts and a game of pool. Having no skills in both games, we both still had a blast. The employees and regular patrons were nice and helpful. Once you go inside you can decide what you want to play and they will tell you what number of tables are available. They also have some food/drink options. It's regular bar food but decent. We ordered some jalapeño poppers and Tatar totes. Good portions and yum to eat while playing. They have a full bar but since both of us don't drink alcohol, we ordered some sparkling water. You can pay food, drinks, and pool rental at the bar. It's a good option in Sterling to do some activity based hangout with friends. Side Note- Location wise it's kind of hidden in the plaza, go towards the back and to the right of the plaza. And it's located on the second floor, take the elevator up to get inside of First Break Cafe.

What a fun place! It's located in Sugarland Run, in the back between some mini markets. You then walk in and go up a very very sketchy elevator that takes 5 minutes for the doors to open even though you can feel you're already stopped at that floor. And viola! You walk into a nice open place that has about 8 pool tables, couple dart boards in the back, a bar and a small dining place. Pool tables are $16.50 an hour. Can't believe it took me so long to find a pool hall thats clean and non-smoking area. Food is cheap and it's okay, I mean you get what you pay for. Everything on the menu is about $5-$10 bucks. We ordered the garlic parmesan wings, which I didn't like because not too much garlic or parmesan on it. And then bacon cheese fries, which barely had any cheese but a lot bacon. Hmm...wasn't too bad but I'll have to try the other food. Theres a special for 1.50 domestic everyday except for Wednesdays and $9 pitchers. I enjoy imported but hey beer is beer! Service is great, the bartenders/waitresses walk around to pool and darts area to get you whatever you need even when the bar is busy. Can't wait to come back!

This is a pretty cool pool hall. Getting to it can be a bit weird but once you're there, it's a friendly place. First...getting there. You have to walk to the 'center' of the strip mall where you will see two glass doors. Go up the stairs until you can't go no farther and you have arrived. Going up the stairs gave me a few moments of pause but once I forged on, I found my destination and was pleasantly surprised. My friend and I got there a bit early so it wasn't too crowded; the bar that is. The pool tables had some activity though. We ordered the chicken nachos and while it was fresh it was definitely lacking something so we ordered a side of jalapeños which did the trick. Would I go back? Absolutely. Our bartender treated us very well and answered all of questions very patiently and friendly.

Food is OK quality and prices are reasonable if not inexpensive on their specials, like the steak and ribs for only $25. Good flavor and cooked ok but a nice combo for the price. Service is OK with some wait staff being more efficient than others. There were some who knew their customers by name and took time out to talk with them but that slowed down service a little for the rest of us. Nothing too bad but you might wait a bit for refills or something you need after your food or drinks arrive. We had cool fries and it took a bit for the staff to come back to our table to check in the dining room. Similar response time for wait staff outside when we needed condiments that were ordered but didn't come out with our entrees. Cigar menu is an ok selection where there is something for everyone; however, our experience was the place ran out of the first four cigars we selected and each time the wait staff had to come back to our table to tell us they were out of that cigar. Wait staff didn't know what cigars were in stock and which they were out of. Overall, very good experience for both inside the dining area and outside where you can smoke. Recommend The Bungalow Lakehouse as it is a good experience and has a variety of experience options.

The choices were: outside, the sports bar, or the dining room. We chose the dining room. A large group of people was sitting at a table. We were given a booth by the window and right by the server's station. Looking over the menu at home, we both decided that we would get a bacon cheeseburger. The entrees seemed, to us, to be too filling. The bacon cheeseburger consists of: "100% angus burger, apple-wood smoked bacon, vermont white cheddar, canadian cheddar, sliced tomato, and crispy leaf lettuce". We both ordered it cooked medium. The dish comes with fries. To drink, I had ginger ale while my husband had a Heineken 00. Our server was friendly and efficient. He made a mistake, bringing my husband a Coke instead of the beer. My husband corrected him. He apologized and retrieved the correct drink. The burger was dry and overcooked. It was more on the medium well side. In one way, I didn't mind that as I didn't end up with greasy hands or a burger that falls apart. The bacon and the cheese provided some relief from the dryness. The fries came out hot, which we appreciated. All in all, it was an OK experience; we would consider going again sometime.

The food is great and I especially love the crazy spicy feta appetizer. It can get pretty backed up when crowded (eg Mother's Day) and the timing of the food delivery to the table can be disappointing (our entrees came at the same time as appetizers!) but it is still one of my favorite places to go due to ambiance and variety of food choices. AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!…read more We made a reservation for August 8, 2026, at 12:15 PM for a group of 7, specifically requesting patio seating. We arrived on time, only to find that there was absolutely no table reserved for us. Instead, we were escorted to couches in the far back corner. The furniture was askew and dirty, and it was so difficult to navigate through the area that we could barely get to our seats. I immediately went back to the host stand and explained to the young man working there that the seating was unacceptable and that we needed a table. He looked around and told me they did not have a table for seven. I had to suggest that they simply move tables together, which he eventually did. Only then were we finally able to sit at an actual table. Unfortunately, the service continued to go downhill from there. It took 35 minutes before anyone came to our table, at which point we were told they had no clean glasses for water. It then took another 10 minutes before someone finally took our drink and food orders. Our food and drinks were brought out in a completely staggered manner, and some members of our party were still waiting for their drinks another 15 minutes later. We asked twice to speak with a manager, but a manager never came to our table. Throughout the meal, our server repeatedly apologized and told us they were short-staffed. While I understand that staffing issues happen, that does not excuse the overall lack of preparation, organization, communication, and basic customer service. We made a reservation in advance for a party of seven and expected the restaurant to be prepared to accommodate us. Instead, we were left to repeatedly ask for basic things and spent a significant portion of our visit waiting. This was one of the worst dining experiences our group has had. The fact that no manager ever came to speak with us after being asked twice made the experience even more disappointing. I would strongly recommend that management address the issues with reservations, staffing, cleanliness, and customer service so that other customers do not have to experience what we did.

We came in today, my group of friends are 27+. like I said, we have been here before, today after we already got our first round of drinks, the bartender came to our table and asked for our ID's. completely fine, we gave them out and she starts getting suspicious about one of my friends ID (the bartender said because it's from PA it might be fake). we tried to get other drinks and they refused to serve us. I do understand they are in all their right to do it, but kind of shitty that after being here plenty of times, and being well over 21 we are refused service. Get a real scanner instead of just using a little UV light, or properly train your bouncers/bartenders to review IDs... or whatever, we are just taking our business elsewhere. The picture promised naked wings -- bare, confident, unclothed wings living their best life. What arrived was breaded. Fully clothed. Wearing a coat we did not order. This is bait and switch at the sauce level, and I want a refund on my trust. We got 10 hot and 5 lemon pepper. The hot wings tasted like someone opened a bottle of Frank's RedHot, showed it to the chicken from across the room, and called it seasoning. The breading itself was thick but not offensively so -- more "linebacker" than "Michelin man." Heat level: medium, despite being billed as hot, and the wings had a slight greasiness that wasn't a dealbreaker, just an unwelcome plus-one. The seasoned fries showed up allegedly seasoned. The seasoning was salt. Just salt. Salt doing its one job and getting all the credit for a team effort it didn't put in. The lemon pepper wings were fine -- perfectly respectable, solidly "okay," the culinary equivalent of a shrug. We've had better lemon pepper at random beach shacks that don't even have a website. Final verdict: 3/5 wings. The lemon pepper seasoning did show up and hydrate the breading nicely -- genuine bright spot. Everything else was a wing that looked better in its headshot than in person.

He kept forgetting the lemons for our salmon dish and waters despite his saying lemons coming right up. We asked his assistant who brought out the entrees and salads for the same - he came back after 6 minutes with a tiny slice of lemon for 4 people, then ran away! The food was average. I ordered a bowl of the Potato Leek soup for $8 and was looking forward to it. Out came a bowl maybe a 1/3 full ( literally five soup spoonfuls).
