Secondly, I'm on my feet for 80% of the day so I must have comfortable shoes, at all times. Now it's alway good to find a bargain when shopping for shoes, and I love a bargain. The day I shopped here, I bought two pairs of shoes. Why? Because of their awesome 2nd pair half price sale that they are famous for. There is usually no more than (2) people working at a time and they don't bother you and let YOU shop! Unlike the big bog stores (Nike) they have like 50 people working in the store and they ask you every 5 minutes if you've been helped. Back to RRS, they place is quiet, clean, almost therapeutic visually. Visually looking at all the new & shiny shoes make you wanna buy them all! Ok, not really. I like their 'let you shop' approach, and when you do need help, their customer service is really good. The store ambiance is non-threatening as they play the music at a decent level. Some things are comparable in price. I came here recently because I needed some boots for my kids for snow. I knew I could get some online but I wanted them to try it on. They have a nice selection of boots and I had them try some on. Ended up getting them each boots again the price was pretty even to the online selection. They also have all sorts of ski equipment as well as thermals and clothes. The service is also outstanding. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and someone was quickly there to help me select shoes. My only complaint was that they had a lot of sizes out of stock. But if they are it in Miami I get why they don't have a lot of stock.

I put a pair of air max's on hold thinking I'd be back the very next day. I ended up coming back a week later and was lucky they hadn't been sold. Armando was there and almost immediately remember who I was. His up-sale game was on point cause I bought socks, and insoles too.
