Then she went into our account and found ways we can save $$ each month...hidden and/or excessive fees from previous "deals" we've engaged in at Verizon shops along the CT shoreline. Not only did the phone get answered by a human being at (literally) 4:45PM on Friday, July 3rd, the woman who answered it spent thirty full minutes with me talking through the problem and suggesting solutions, even texting me pictures and looking at pictures of my pool and offering her opinion and insight--without me even being a customer! And on top of that, she proactively pointed out that NED might not be able to make it out to my property (pretty far away) in the immediate future and she recommended alternative providers who could help me out faster--i.e., she wasn't even helping me to make a sale. We had tried 5 different beds including Sleep Number and beds in a box and could not find a bed…read morethat worked for both my husband and I. He wanted firm and I wanted soft. We could never get our our " Sleep Numbers" to works correctly and it felt like we were sleeping on a pool raft. I was nervous to try another bed, but my back was now killing me. Chris, and his manager Karin were amazing. There was no pressure and they walked us through many options. Also, everything was VERY clean and sanitary covers abound. They even offer appointment only showings after hours to accommodate work schedules and health needs. We determined that two twin XLs would work best on a King adjustable base for our needs. We have had our beds now for two weeks and we each love our beds ( mine soft his firm). There is even a 1 inch height discrepancy but with a bed gap filler ( thank you Amazon) and our mattress pad you cannot see any height issue and no one except the dog sleeps in the middle anyway! I no longer have any back pain!!! We sincerely want to thank Chris, Karin and Dana for their kind, patient, professional and courteous service. We would highly recommend this store and these reps.
