Located in the southwest corner of 20th Street and 14th Avenue in Vero Beach, Scott's has been around for decades. Plenty of parking - either in the lot, or on the street. Having dealt with Chris, Stephanie, and Scott on several occasions, it's always been a pleasant experience. Whether it's baseball gear for my son, or soccer cleats and an air pump pin for my youngest daughter, I've always found the service to be fast, friendly, and polite. Prices are competitive as well. On my most recent trip to Scott's, my daughter needed soccer cleats. Trying on several different pairs before finding what she wanted, I found Stephanie to be especially helpful in making sure of proper size and fit. I went to the store to purchase a wireless headset for my four year old. I did not see it on the…read morefloor so I asked an employee. The employee looked for it on a handheld device and told me that there is no wireless headset available for children in the store. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.

We arrived and waited a few minutes and Brian came out and greeted us and did a custom consultation for me and my husband and mother in law. Bring your current shoes and socks and they'll watch your form and check the conditions of your current shoes, and if you don't need new shoes, they don't try to pressure you either. Brian was so nice and professional and an expert at what he does. Shoe prices were very reasonable too and you didn't feel like you were getting ripped off. There was a table near the register with super deep discounted footwear, as well as the usual standard selection nearby.
