Last week the mechanism broke off and I went back to the store. I had the tube, showed it to 2 employees. One said he couldn't help me as I had paid cash and there was no record of the purchase. The 2nd asked me what I had thought by using a tube for plastic golf balls for real golf balls. He even brought me a kid's tube, loaded with plastic ball--and which was clearly not the same produce at what I purchased--and told me they would not give me a store credit. Apparently, they don't sell the tube I purchased any more. The treatment I received is unacceptable and over a $20 store credit not only has Golf Galaxy lost me as a regular customer, but I will tell people who ask me about Golf Galaxy to go somewhere else. Short-sighted employees do more harm to a business that shows up on a balance sheet. Bye Bye, Golf Galaxy.

When we walked in she had a big smile and greeted us. She took our measurements and smiled the entire time doing it. She also gave us other parts to our uniform. I'm very hard to dress for because I'm built like sponge bob square pants. She helped me with all my issues and gave me twice sizes up to fit me better. I would recommend this business to people asking me where to get their uniform fixed or tailored.

We received the shirts and immediately noticed that the graphics on many of them were crooked or off-center, some of the shirts were also discolored and stained. Our hat order was over 1 month late and the Embroidery is sloppy. There was several discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, and as a side note; the YELP page says the company in located in my home town, but I later find out that the company is not in Stuart as listed on their Yelp page, they are 30 minutes away in Port St. Lucie (I was trying to do business locally). I did manage to negotiate a credit for some of the shirts. In the end, the whole thing was a cluster and very taxing emotionally. Upon realizing that one of the parents shirts was missed, he then went back to the office (at 7pm on a Friday) to ensure all parents were ready to cheer the following morning.
