Dr. Matt was was great at explaining the procedure and post op & made it easy to hand over our newborn. The procedure was quick and our daughter wasn't even crying when he brought her back 5 minutes later. A few days after, Dr. Matt texted us to follow up and make sure everything was going well. Overall, couldn't be happier with our experience!

The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. When my daughter first went here she was not scared of dentists visits. My daughter would always have cavaties and over time she got very afraid to go to the dentist. So then we would have to pay to have her be given laughing gas. The last time we went the dr said she again had cavaties, this time 3 or 4. My husband made a comment to me about how he didn't believe our daughter had cavaties and it just seems like they are trying to shake us down. So while on vacation we took our daughter to a dentist and guess what....they told us she didn't have any cavaties. So when we came back home I found another dentist and surprise they also said she didn't have any cavaties! Reading the other reviews it sounds like a common scam they are running telling parents their kids need all this work when they really don't. Pushing parents to put kids under to charge extra money. After spending a lot of money there feel scammed and would like a refund. Now my kid has silver teeth that she probably didn't need. Do not go to this dentist office if you love your children. All they did was traumatize my kid! And reading all the other similar reviews they are doing unnecessary work to over charge parents.

The previous dentist we went to was not very personable and this office is completely opposite! They ask if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's dental needs. They sit you down and thoroughly explain to you what's going on with your child's teeth, what next steps needs to happen and what they can work on. My son has autism but he is high functioning but I did happen to mention it to them and they were great with understanding my son's specific needs and what to do to make him more comfortable for future visits which I greatly appreciated! I love the fact that they let the kids pick a toy at the end of their visits which puts the kids at ease and makes it a fun experience. The office is decorated in a jungle like theme, with toys and entertainment in the waiting room. I've only visited two times with my son and daughter but the experince is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous dentist. The staff is GREAT! I came in thinking I was now going to need an implant. Thanks to Dr.Pham and his expertise, that was not the case. I will just need a replacement crown. Since it's going to take a couple of weeks for me to receive my final crown, they made me a temporary tooth and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Cecilia took her time fixing some details to make it look as natural as possible and to make it match with the rest of my teeth size and color wise. ( I really appreciate that since it is a FRONT TOOTH !! ) I can't wait to go back for my final crown. I will definitely make this my new dental office. P.S - The office is very clean and they also have TVs on the ceiling which I thought was pretty nice especially for long treatments.

He came in and was gone in 5 minutes. Told me it doesn't even seem tooth related!!! and gave me some antibiotics. No test no anything, one look and done. Seemed like he was brushing it off. Went to my original dentist and they did multiple X-rays, multiple diffrent test to determine the problem. It was one of my teeth that needed a root canal or extraction. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0 stars
