When I came in, I scheduled during my lunch hour, and it was less than 5 minutes from the office. Dr. McRay came in after getting all checked in and asked me about my sleep study and helped review over all the information in the results and explained in great detail what he was able to offer and provide me and how he is different from other devices that are used out in the industry. He explained all the costs upfront and what all the costs entailed, which I left feeling even more confident that I'd made the right choice. I left and took some time to think it all through and before I knew it, I was scheduling my follow up to get fitted for my mouth guard. The cool thing about their process includes some breathing tests so that they know how to make adjustments to the mouth guard and make it truly fitted for you. They sent everything off and received back in two weeks. Night one, I noticed such a huge difference in how I slept and woke up feeling so rested and less groggy. They're located off the Katy Freeway near IKEA, on the south side between Wirt and Antoine. The office shares a parking lot with Memorial Tacos, a dry cleaner, and some boutique shops. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is never an issue. Inside, everything is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are always kind, competent, and welcoming. Their hygienists are amazing -- especially Shauna, who is both personable and incredibly skilled. And both Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are outstanding. They're highly competent, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I've been coming here for years, and they've redone a few old fillings from decades ago with excellent results. I always leave feeling confident in their work -- and with a nice little goody bag! The advice they've given me over the years has actually worked, and my dental health is better because of it.
