Without explanation, she left the room and return with the dentist. After a few questions, she told the dental assistant I was "ok" to be seen. The whole experience was very degrading. Then once I received my financial statement it seemed excessive and when I called my insurance to check the coverage they missed a lot. When I asked them to make the adjustments, they did for a few items and then told me it was the providers preference to use a material that was NOT covered. No follow up call. Poor customer service and no follow through.

Since this was a dentist my parents used for years I brought my fiancée on board as well. We scheduled a routine cleaning for my fiancée that turned into a deep cleaning which we had no problem with, the problems began when we received the bill and couldn't make heads or tails of some of the charges when asking for clarification we realized we'd been charged for services he had not received. While they credited us what we had been charged for we couldn't help but feel like the extra charges where placed their purposefully, and so the problems continued. My self and my fiancé credit was run for care credit (without our consent) to see how much we qualified for since we were paying out of pocket. Once the office knew the amount we had available to spend we where no longer updates during our appointment as to what was happening and how much each service was. I was in office to repair a crown I received from another dentist. I was told what the procedure would be and the total price of that specific procedure, whether the damage was to extensive or another miscommunication issue, the type of new crown/veneer needed to be different but at no point in time was I ever told it would be a different price until I checked out and the service was done. I was made to feel like I was being problematic for questioning the bill and at that point the level of service and quality of care I received went down hill and I was met with hostility and disdain anytime I would call especially from the receptionist / office manager. (Please reference their google reviews as it seems I'm not the only person to have problems with the receptionist/ manager and who seems to be being charged for more than what they are receiving) My family and I are disappointed that the practice has taken such a turn for the worst and have decided to not return.

I received Invisalign and implant treatment from Dr. Rami Alsaleh, a general dentist who markets…read morecosmetic services. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

It turns out I needed quite a bit of work done on a variety of teeths in the molar quadrant of both sides of my lower mouth. Currently I am about halfway through this journey, but I can assure the dear reader that your humble narrator is feeling quite at ease with the treatment being provided to poor tooth 19. The staff are nice and knowledgeable, the office has a calming atmosphere, and that Netflix yo... When I was reclined back in my chair and handed the remote control, thus giving me the awesome responsibility of choosing a flick to take in while my mouth got drilled, I took the task seriously. The dear reader should know that while I have at times in my life avoided even looking toward a dentists office, I have probably also spent years of my life scrolling through movie selections and never actually picking anything to watch. I was so thrilled to find a mostly female dentistry, with kind practitioners and wonderful hygienists who were very attentive and caring. I never had an issue paying for treatments, and I had been satisfied with my care until my last appointment. As a teacher, I already have a difficult enough schedule to work around, and I had taken about a two year hiatus from regular dental checkups due to the terrible insurance my district chose, and not having WGD as an option at the time. I changed my plan over as soon as I could specifically to go back there. At my appointment, the new (to me) hygienist was very sweet. But when Dr. Ho, who I have seen several times before, looked at my teeth, she told me I needed a deep cleaning and that I couldn't get a regular cleaning at all that day. I take care of my teeth, and I was appalled that they essentially wasted my free yearly dental exam while simultaneously refusing care. They then quoted me about $400 out of pocket, with insurance, and they do not accept Care Credit, which is poor business practices in my opinion. If you want working people to have access to quality dental care, then make it so. This last experience had me feeling like I had been pushed out of a business I once trusted and recommended on multiple occasions. How sad that they have resorted to poor tactics like this, showing such little care for a working class person. Needless to say I won't be back again.

I picked this office after deciding after 10+ years to get a cosmetic crown over a root canal I had done. The original mould taken of my teeth before my tooth was shaved down was taken while I still had glue on the back of my teeth from a permanent retainer I had to get removed prior to the procedure, and I believe this resulted in many issues with my crowns in the future, although this was never confirmed when I mentioned it. I ended up having the crown remade, getting the first one shaved off my tooth since the color was dark in certain lighting. When my first crown was taken off, a bit of my tooth next to it was shaved off too, one of the ladies said it might have been the shape of my new tooth while I was there, but after comparing pictures, my tooth was definitely nicked. Unfortunately, all of my worry about the color was small, as the feeling of the back of the crowns felt awful. Ultimately, after over an hour of shaving the final crown down, it is a shape I feel like I can live with for the rest of my life without bothering me. The color is a bit off, even after going in person to the tooth color lab. It is not worth it to me to have more damage to my other tooth, risk feeling a tooth that does not belong in my mouth again, or not being able to bite with my front teeth for another 3 months to have one remade. Overall, it is better than when I came in, but I am not sure I would go through the process again if I was sent back in time. I am really glad they were willing to remake the crown without hesitation, I am not sure if the errors are human, the specific lab, or the technology is not quite there yet. Mostly just posting if there is anyone else debating and looking for a singular dark front tooth case.
