Refills are not called in until after hours, making a second trip to town frustrating, especially when your refills are not called in as stated. My last doctor did my refills immediately. Also the office has plug in air fresheners in every outlet. Place reeks! Even with a mask the smell is overwhelming. Very bad for those with asthma or pulmonary conditions. The doctor is so overbooked the wait has become at least an hour in the waiting room then more time in the little room, trapped with the dreaded air freshener.

Samantha Garigliano immediately put me at ease. She's a wonderful, empathetic, communicative, and knowledgable provider. She really takes the time to talk to you and understand the unique challenges you're dealing with, and she provides helpful advice without judgment. I can't recommend her enough. The office staff and medical assistant were also extremely kind and helpful. Only thing to note is the parking/building structure is a little confusing--make sure you walk around what feels like the back of the building to enter. I am an Executive for a major Software company, so I do not have time to wait around. Their office staff accommodates my schedules. Dr Schwalb listens to his patients, and explains things thoroughly. As protocol since I went to medical school, Dr. Schwalb gives me colleague status, and listens to what I think may be wrong, and what tests that I think should be performed. After all, nobody knows your body better than yourself. With those who have less of a medical background, it is advised to listen to whatever doctor you see there, including their Nurse Practitioners (NP). Dennis, which I see often, is very thorough, and quick. Two things that all patients want. Liberty Medical Group is also affiliated with Middleton Medical, PC in Middletown NY. The above review is why I gave Dr. Schwalb and his staff, four starts. I will also be recommending them for the New Web MD site and will also recommend them for a story on Demand Media.
