The office staff are incredibly hostile and unhelpful. The scheduling is impossible to work with. Blatant refusals to refill thyroid medication without constant re-visits to the doctor... Anyway, they can make a buck off of you by getting you through the door an extra time. Incompetent, rude, and there are so many better places in the area which I have now discovered.

I've had several prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy despite me having spoken to them each time there was an error. It too the fourth prescription for them to get that right. However Dr Mayle out a script in for me over four weeks ago and they no pharmacy has a record of it. Today they called and left a message on my answering my answering machine. I literally called them back thirty seconds later and no one but the answering service ever picked up for over an hour. I still haven't gotten through to them !!!! I'll try calling tomorrow but I don't have much hope. If it wasn't for Mayle I'd be gone already. I have a feeling he is planning to retire in a couple of years so maybe I should start looking now for a better run practice

Finding a good Lyme doctor is tough, it's a controversial area of treatment and there are a lot of treatments that seem to be taking advantage of sick people. I felt very informed and thoroughly listened to in the appointment and feel like Dr. Horowitz's team does a good job of combining traditional medicine with supplements and dietary advice to help deal with Lyme.
