I love that they pair you with a hygienist - so you'll have the same one every time unless something changes. When my hygienist left, I only had one bad experience, and they immediately paired me with my awesome new hygienist. Dr. Vaughn has had to fill cavities for me and the shots are painless. She had this weird little distraction technique and it works like a charm every time. They have heated blankets and TVs for your comfort. Her office staff is very good about having you in and out. Also - good with kids. My mini loves the dentist and they give great recommendation for dental care for the littles. My only con: they are not in network for most (if not all) insurance. I am ALWAYS overcharged - so I always have a credit on my account. They don't automatically refund your credit, they just let it rollover to the next visit. So chances are, if you ever switch offices and your not aware of how much of a credit you have - you'll be leaving some money behind. They are also a little pricey. But you know - it's hard to find a good dentist.

Went for a bridge. Got 2 crowns instead arill waiting on bridge. Didn't realize how bridges worked…read moreand I'd lose 2 great teeth. Wasn't explained to me at all. If they did, they really didn't understand my questions. One crown fell off immediately and then again. It was awful. Then a couple days later the next one falls off while I'm in bed and it's gone. Their dentist isn't in on Fridays so I didn't get the lose crown fixed last week and kept being told my bridge will be in this week. Well it isn't coming in, and I'll be back for the 3rd time just for these 2 temporary crowns. My partials don't even dit on the top with the one new crown. Feels awful. I look terrible. I am very disappointed bc I had the impression everyone knew what they were doing. Never had dentist apologize to me in voice-mail before. But come on. This is terrible as a new patient.

Oh the not-so-fun conversation of "so where do you go to get your teeth polished and chipped away…read moreat and examined under a bright light?" All while watching Netflix to a television attached to the ceiling. For past few years my answer to that question has been Hobbs. Now the quality of this team and Dr. Hobbs, top notch. That's not even something to consider. They are some of the friendlist individuals I have ever met, and I grew up in the deep South. What I have come to appreciate about this business (because it is that) is timeliness. If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Aside from the typical care, I also began the use of Invisalign almost a year ago. They have walked me through this process and are helping me progress to a better smile. I will continue to come here for oral care for years to come.

The staff was not only friendly on the phone, but super friendly in person. Everyone was so polite! My first thought was, "it smells like a spa in here!" Then I noticed how fresh and open everything felt. I barely waited in the waiting room and after being pulled back it was only a few minutes before Dr. Hobbs came in. She was so cheerful and friendly. I was starting to sweat because I've had a few bad instances with dental visits when I was younger. She reassured me and before I knew it, she had me fixed up and ready to go! I highly recommend her practice!

First of all, they don't even have me down, even though I filled out all the paperwork and have text messages confirming my appointment. Then they told me that they were going to be closed on the 22nd anyway so my husband can't even go. And told me the next appointment I can get is May or June. Don't waste your time on this place.
