I ordered this online on a whim to try out and was pretty impressed. My girlfriend and I both got burritos (one chicken one carnitas) and we both really enjoyed it- a good value for what you get! We also got two orders of chips and salsa and were pretty happy with it. My burrito was perfect but I think hers had sour cream on it which she doesn't like and didnt order but still really enjoyed the meal. If you haven't tried it yet, definitely worth a try- I'll be exploring the menu more for sure! read more

When I contacted the restaurant, I was not given an apology. I was basically told "it happens" when all I really wanted was an "I'm sorry". I eat here at least 1 or 2 times a week if not more. The staff is amazing and very caring people. They take the time to get to know you and after a few visits they caught my name and started being very friendly. Besides amazing service, the place is amazingly clean, the food is top notch. An order made from a business was delivered to a complete different business and the person it was delivered to called the phone number on the receipt. That is how we discovered our order was not coming. She thought her husband ordered lunch for her but actually it was not her order at all. Changos blamed the person it was sent to for accepting the order and would not take responsibility for delivering to the WRONG ADDRESS. They would not give any inconvenience discount of any sort and eventually hung up without resolving the issue. The original order from this business was never received. I noticed they added some new restaurants this year and was excited to try them out for delivery to my office. Chango's is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever experienced! I got a 10" burrito and it was great! Delivery is a wait but it's so worth it for fresh food! I got to try a Mexican soda too and I loved it! It's about time we got a taco place that delivered! This place does have good tasting ingredients. My only complaint lies in the chips. The chips literally dissolved into a mass of "nacho" in the nachos that I ordered. This was after a five minute drive home. There are places in Carbondale that you can order nachos with chips that stand up. May I suggest don taco. Though I have only had nachos at changos several times, the nachos have always had the same standard of weak and lame chips. I am disappointed and do not think I will be back. I would rather go to don taco and get a nacho meal that will stand up to the toppings given. Overall taste is still very good.
