Now it seems as if the skill has gone downhill and the prices went up. 3 times I've left now unsatisfied and part of that is my fault for not asking to go shorter or fix this or that multiple times. When it's not what I want, I'll point out the issues and give them a chance to fix it. After that, I just let it go because they either don't possess the ability to understand my issue or fix it. Used to be great, especially Roxanne, but she's gone now and apparently it's VERY hit or miss. I won't be back anymore because I need reliability and competency. Everyone there is very nice and customer service is good as well, but if you can't do a simple fade and scissor trim up top, I can't keep coming back.
