On I-10W @ Jackrabbit 7/26/23 around 5:45pm, you pulled up behind me to see if I was the person you were sent to assist. I wasn't. I was just a driver who pulled over in a hurry because I was having a panic attack. Vita's, this gentleman (and I mean that sincerely), pulled up behind me to make sure I didn't get hit, gave me water (as I had run out) and eventually assisted me with safety getting onto the turn lane to get off the freeway completely. We were involved in a traffic accident in Phoenix on March 7th but live in San Diego. The accident…read morerendered our vehicle un drivable to get home and this was on a Saturday afternoon with few options so we picked the first tow truck we found on yelp to see if they would tow our vehicle back to San Diego. Luckily the young lady who answered the phone was able to come out a short time later personally to help us get our car home. Along with 2 other people they promptly towed our vehicle back home to San Diego that night. We were grateful for their kind and prompt service on a weekend and far from home. The Apt complex will call on you if they are disgruntled with you. They tell you they have pictures, but they never provide evidence. Disputing charges for illegal tow !! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. No stars discrimination.

I showed up just after 8 am to get a slow-leaking tire patched. Tho there were 3 guys there, "the tire guy" wasn't there. I was told he was on his way. By nearly 8:30, when I just had to get out of there, I left. I returned yesterday (about a week later) with the same issue. I called beforehand to be sure someone would be there this time to deal with it. He said to come on, that no one was ahead of me. I was there in about ten minutes, but they merely took off my wheel. Quite a while later, I wanted to know if there wasn't someone who could patch my tire so I could leave. Finally, someone got on it, put the wheel back on, and (even tho two of them recalled my previous experience) they gave me no break but even charged me twice the amount that same place did before it changed hands! :( (Yes, I used them before a few times for the same work on other tires. Now I'm just waiting to see if the patch holds!)

OK THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!!! Picture this, three girls…read moredriving from LA to Tucson Arizona for a dear friend's wedding. Run over something on the freeway at 70 miles an hour and my oil pan is hit (I think) dragging on the freeway making a god-awful horrific noise, we get off at Buckeye, limping in and by the grace of God, we found West Valley Tires! A mechanic propped my car up looked underneath and said, "yep it's your oil pan"! Then two mechanics worked their magic under my car, and we were on our way. I can't tell you the relief. Still having to get to Tucson and then back home to Los Angeles. I wasn't sure what I was going to do! My anxiety was off the charts. The guys at West Valley Tires, were so thoughtful, kind and got us on our way in about 15 minutes. They would've been worth every penny, but they didn't even charge me! What a stand-up business.
