    The RV Guy shop demonstrated very little regard for customer satisfaction or accountability…read more I was originally quoted 1-2 weeks for the repair, but my RV remained at the shop for 7 weeks. During that time, I received no updates until I was notified that the repair had been completed. There was no diagnostic fee disclosed upfront, no estimate provided, and no discussion of repair costs before I was presented with the final bill. The original issue was a hydraulic jack that was not operating properly. According to the shop, their diagnosis determined that an undersized factory ground wire was the problem, and they replaced it with a heavier-gauge wire. When I picked up the RV, the technician demonstrated that the jack was now functioning, although very slowly. He attributed the slow operation to low battery voltage, and I took him at his word. After bringing the RV home and connecting it to 50-amp shore power, I lowered the jacks to test the system. The same jack that had supposedly been repaired would not retract. I immediately contacted The RV Guy and was instructed not to force the jack up. I was told they would speak with the technician and call me back with instructions on how to retract the jack. That return call never came. Three days later, I followed up with the shop. I was told my only option was to bring the RV back in, and that I would be financially responsible for any additional diagnostics and repairs. Since the original repair had not resolved the problem, I requested either a refund or a new diagnostic evaluation at no charge. Both requests were denied. I explained that, in good faith, they should at least send their mobile technician to diagnose the actual problem since I was still experiencing the exact issue I had paid them to repair. The only accommodation they offered was to send a mobile technician to verify that the ground wire they installed was not causing the problem. If the wire was not at fault, I would once again be responsible for the service call and any labor charges. After paying approximately $600 to replace a 12-inch ground wire that did not solve the problem, I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. My biggest disappointment was not the unsuccessful repair--it was the lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to stand behind their work when the original issue remained unresolved.

We bought a 36' RV and i just happened to wreck it... who would've thought? I was devastated! We pulled in and went i to the office. I was just a mess! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. She just kept reassuring me that it happens, its nothing to worry about, and they would take care of us. Offered me water, asked if there was anything she could do for me. Super kind. Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way. He wasn't like any insurance company or estimator i have ever dealt with.. and i used to be a manager at a body shop! He was kind, personal, sincere and straight up honest with us. Having experience in the industry i literally was shocked. Peter is an absolute asset to this organization. He is someone you'd want to be friends with. I literally cannot express how grateful to him and what a pleasure it is/was working with him!!! Within two minutes we got a call and he chatted with my husband about possible solutions in case hubby wanted to try those first. We were so impressed with his kindness and knowledge we schedule an appointment for four days later. An hour after he got there, we had cold air pumping. It was just a capacitor.     DANGER!! STAY AWAY!! I unfortunately paid them $7,400 to…read moreinstall solar on my Class B motorhome which is my primary residence. They put high voltage unprotected live wires through the sharp metal frame of the motorhome above my gas tank. Super dangerous!! See photo below! No fuses for the DC to DC charger or solar charger. Insufficient breakers No emergency shut off. Multiple equipment and parts shorted within 2 days of install including the Victron 2000va inverter. This happened as I was leaving to New York for a contracted nursing job. When I discussed this with them and asked for a partial or full refund, Eric the owner said I was being a "pain in their ass." But he eventually offered to remedy the situation by paying for repairs and the install of new parts. Eric said he wouldn't do a full refund but promised to give some financial reimbursement to me for the inconveniences. They referred me to a specialist 5 hours out of my way across the country That Specialist was astonished by the gross negligence of the original install. When he brought up his safety concerns to RV Master Techs attention they ridiculed him for being "unprofessional" for telling me the true extent of their dangerous install. It took 20 hours of work to fix the damages they did and re-install a working safe system. I ended up missing my first day of work because of it. Repairs costed $4800 and they are now refusing to pay the full bill. It has fallen on me to pay it. They also have never given me any financial reimbursement as promised. To add insult to injury, when rv master techs did the solar install, I had them repair my furnace at that time too. They charged me $560 for the furnace which stopped working 2 weeks after their "diagnosing and repair"

    I brought my vehicle here based on the name and the positive ratings, expecting a more family…read moreoriented and transparent experience. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.
