Because the wear and tear was not extensive (I had cleaned and sealed them several times over the past 17 years), I had them do a light sand and seal. The final product was very good, almost like new. I think that the value of their services was very reasonable, given what the furniture originally cost. The only criticism I have is in the communication process. I sent my request for a quote using their online messaging system. I got an email later that day requesting photos of my furniture, which I sent the next day. I didn't hear back for a few days and sent a follow up email. I ultimately got a phone call from the business owner. Apparently, there are some issues with the online messaging system they have on their website. Despite this, the owner and I worked out everything over the phone and via text messages. I would recommend Aguilar's Teak Restoration for anyone wanting to get their teak furniture in top condition.
