I immediately headed back (not even 5 minutes later) and said it wasn't working, but was told that I was wrong and I need to charge it. I tried charging it all night and it still wouldn't work, so I came back not even 24 hours later to try and return it. Not only did they say they wouldn't refund me (which is crazy because their product didn't work) but they couldn't do an exchange either and my only option was to keep the battery. Which didn't work....
