But I had a charging issue and thought I had a faulty product. I went back to the store, the woman behind the counter was kind and helped me troubleshoot the vape. Turned out the battery I received with the vape was defective so they just gave me a replacement free of charge. That just doesn't happen in most stores for any reason. Outstanding service and quality advice about all of their products. I ended up purchasing a few more items since I was there and I plan to go to only Blue Moon for all my future purchases.
