The prices are fair, the staff is amazingly helpful, kind, respectful, and most importantly have common sense. I purchased a Da Vinci IQ here last week. Great product. But I had a charging issue and thought I had a faulty product. I went back to the store, the woman behind the counter was kind and helped me troubleshoot the vape. Turned out the battery I received with the vape was defective so they just gave me a replacement free of charge. That just doesn't happen in most stores for any reason. Outstanding service and quality advice about all of their products. I ended up purchasing a few more items since I was there and I plan to go to only Blue Moon for all my future purchases. I asked him for the flavors we wanted, and he explained that the boxes we were referring to were "back stock" and we could only buy them if we purchased the case, since no one buys more than the small boxes at a time. I asked if they had space bars which he reluctantly pointed to and immediately pushed for me to purchase.
