People with terrible form, using momentum to lift, etc and the trainer not saying a thing. So dangerous. In my opinion this company cares more about collecting money than caring for their customers. Unbelievable effort Customer service has been declining in pretty much every area of the service industry over the last 5 yrs or more. The effort given by James and the manager was nice to receive.
