Our dentist provided a referral to another provider that was not very helpful. Dr. Nelson came highly recommended on Yelp. The staff here is very kind and professional. They explained everything to me during my first call to make an appointment. Dr. Nelson has a very charming personality. He made my daughter feel comfortable, he completed the consultation quickly but not in a hurry. His assistant gave all the details, provided professional follow up with our pediatric dentist and was able to obtain my daughter's x-rays from the other office rather quickly. The office is modern, comfortable and spacious. They have adorable American Girl Dolls on display. I highly recommend this office for your little one's or teen's orthodontic care.

So when…read moreI went into Dr. Blanton's office to discuss my saline implants and how one had deflated recently I knew I was going to choose the least invasive option. Dr. Blanton's office staff makes you feel so at ease. Keely on the phone is so warm and friendly. You feel as if you have known her for a while. When Dr. Matthew Blanton's walked in I felt almost immediately that he is the right doctor to handle my situation. We discussed options for removing the existing implants totally and doing nothing cosmetically and how that would look as i age into my 70s. Dr. Blanton's went through videos of other patients with similar situations and other options which included a breast lift after the removal of the implants. He also offered replacing the implants with new ones and was transparent in the fact that, in the future, there is a high probability that one or both would deflate again and need attention. He spent almost a full hour listening to me, hearing the anxiety in my voice over anesthesia at my age, and truly weighing the best options for my body, age, and current physical health status. Then Summer joined Dr. Blanton's for my physical exam to confirm our pathway forward. I felt so comfortable with my new team that I inquired about extra skin removal in my abdomen area. Whichever way I go with Dr. Blanton's and his team of professionals, just the implant removal with breast lift or add in the abdominal skin/fat fix, I am confident that I have chosen the best doctor to attend to my needs with a team of dedicated health care workers who will see me through successfully from pre-op to post-op and through my rehabilitation. I have now had my breast implant removal surgery and breast lift as of 9/25. I made the BEST choice for sure. My surgery team was nothing short of spectacular. From my anesthesiologist to my care team, every single one of them was experienced and kind. Dr. Blanton has a great and caring bedside manner and his skill as a surgeon is surpassed by none. Thank you all. My post op care was very solid. I followed every instruction and healed perfectly. I am 8 weeks after my surgery and back to my physical regimen. The whole office staff is just as friendly and very accommodating as he is. He has a very friendly personality and takes him time making sure you know everything. He shows you plenty of pictures, different aspects of the procedure, and answers all questions you have. His nurse Lisa that helped through the whole process is great too. The day of surgery he took his time before going through what was needed and made sure I had no last minute questions and called the night of surgery to make sure I was okay. I am thrilled with the job he has done and how little bruising that I have! I recommend him to anyone needing any plastic surgery!

I also have very minimal bruising from the techniques he used. He has a great bedside manner with his patients and thorough. Their staff is super nice and accommodating. During my pre op there were everything I wanted in a plastic surgeon. Lisa, who helps with a lot of the paperwork in pre op and the morning of surgery is fantastic. I was very thorough when I completed my forms in explaining my previous experiences & why I wanted to see Dr. Cook. I went in to my appt. today (Saturday) & was first shocked when I was asked for about $35 for uncovered X-rays that I would need that I wasn't forewarned about during any of the calls/texts made to me. Then, I was told there was an extra fee for using a card to pay this unexpected fee. Ok, I let that slide. During my cleaning with Val, I learned that Dr. Cook wasn't even there & I'd be seeing his associate. Ugh! Did they not read my paperwork??? I don't want to see his associate. I don't trust dentists at this point & was specifically giving Dr. Cook a chance, so please try to understand my disappointment by this entire appointment at this point. I spent 1.5 hours there to see someone else just to be told that I can come back to see Dr. Cook on a Monday, Tuesday, or Friday. I have to wait now until I can be off during the week to meet him & that's not going to be anytime soon. I made my next appointment for a cleaning, but I'm not sure if I'm even going. Im basically giving them a 3 star because the people I met were friendly. They just need to be more transparent & upfront about fees & make sure they are scheduling patients with who they actually want to see. After seeing the other dentist, my hygienist left me with another associate who did a panoramic scan on my mouth (I truly don't know why). From there was I taken to the front desk to check out. There was no flossing me. I didn't get a new toothbrush like at other dentists. What I did get was a cute cup at the end though. Thanks, Deja!
