I promptly told the assistant I wasn't there for any procedure, she then went and got the doctor where again after expressing my concern to take her job literally and examine or take a sample to test of the lump on my head. She again did the "exam" with her finger said I was good and not further would be needed. I am now getting charged $100 for a woman who didn't take her job seriously to have touched my head like my mother would have done. Also the entire staff is rude and snobby and snarky. Dr. Heidelberg is an amazing doctor however I refuse to deal with the staff she has prior to seeing her. There are so many clinics available that can provide better service.
