I have been going here for over 12 years. I have always made payments for my copays and have never missed a single payment. Tonight they demanded cash up front for a broken eye tooth. I didn't have it and they refused to fix it. So much for loyalty to your patients. I even have been paying extra co pays to continue seeing him because he is not a Primary in my PPO.Maybe you could have told me you now needed cash up front when you scheduled this appointment, or better yet before you took the x rays that are now completely worthless and your gonna want your money for. What a waste of my time and some more of my money. Finding a primary in my PPO tomorrow. Guess you don't need your old patients now that you are a surgeon. read more

Dr. Chapko is a highly skilled professional well respected by colleagues. He is passionate about developing technique in himself and others, allowing them to observe his unique skills. I have had dental phobias since my first dentist, affectionately known as Bauman the Butcher, who did not support any anesthesia. The warmth and personal caring of Dr. Chapko and his staff, their willingness to schedule around my health problems, patience with billing my insurance, and commitment to providing excellent on-going care is not out of the norm for this dentist. Although Dr. Chapko's office is 40 minutes away, I am fortunate to be his patient. read more

Thanks to this dental office, I now have 2 partially filled, rough as sandpaper upper molars. I will have to find another dentist and attempt to have the teeth fixed as I do not trust Dr. Park, who is Dr. Chapko's "associate" dentist. They do not give you a choice as to which dentist you'd like to schedule your procedures with, which takes all the freedom out of choosing a dentist. I now owe $$$ for shoddy work and have to pay even more $$$ to have the teeth fixed - hopefully, they will not need to be pulled. read more

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I want to express how grateful I am for the care I've received from Dr. Chapko & Associates over the past six months. From my extractions to implants to my final fitting for dentures, everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Shah was AMAZING! being new to the area we needed a family dentist. my husband did not want a woman as he had a negative past experience. i made hime an appointment with dr. chapko however dr. shah was the only available dentist and my husband was in pain. as it turns out dr. shah was exceptional. he no longer has dental phobia. she extracted two teeth and filled two as well and he never felt any discomfort. i also made an appointment with dr. shah and will continue to go back. my sister then went to dr. shah who was able to repair her front teeth which had turned brown from grinding. this was completed in one appointment. my sister is special needs and dr. shah was so kind and gentle and compassionate as well. we have found our family dentist. we have recently moved farther away bit will return to dr. shah for all our dentistry needs. i must add as well that the dental techs/hygienists are very knowledgeable and professional as well. read more
