Maybe a bit more experienced or seasoned folks that know the procession of how weddings go or flow. One of the highlights was the food! The pasta bar was a hit, with options like stuffed pasta, chicken pasta, and salmon pasta...all delicious and well prepared. Staff did remove the food rather quickly as there was enough for seconds but there were folks that didn't even get their firsts. They did accommodate me with a plate to give as one of the groomsmen didn't get one in time. So they made a few huge plate options to make up for it. The bar service was also top tier, thanks to the bartender Roxanne. She made sure the drinks kept flowing and wasn't skimping, which I appreciated and after all, it was paid for. The venue itself made for stunning pictures, and I especially loved the open outdoor area, which sparked so many ideas for a grand entrance. The decorations were well done, creating a fairytale like atmosphere that fit the occasion perfectly. The wedding was a success, and this venue provided a beautiful backdrop for such a special day

Terry and her team do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience there. It starts with the vendor showcase sessions she has to ensure you have great options for photography, bar, catering, etc. to the items she has available for use, at no extra charge, and goes all the way through day of where a full team of people make sure everything is covered. While this may have been my first (and only!!) wedding planned I do have numerous friends who have used the same wedding planner and she (our planner) kept raving about how well of a partnership it was in working with Terry's team. Additionally, since they only book one wedding per weekend you get the entire place available for both the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding. You don't need to "figure out" when and where to have the rehearsal and dinner. As a plus we had the rehearsal dinner in the outside patio area which made that experience feel different than the wedding even though they were at the same location. Very nice!! As for the venue, you couldn't ask for a better layout. The setting for the marriage ceremony is absolutely beautiful but that alone is selling it short. At most of the other wedding venues I have been to the lounge area (outside of the reception space) seemed like an afterthought and once the reception started all activities were in one area. This makes it difficult to separate those who want to dance and have a good time vs those who would love to catch up with old friends or relatives. At White Fox Cottage there is ample room and seating outside of the reception hall to allow for this while still holding the feeling that everyone was at the same event. I absolutely loved having the ability to float between these two areas. As you look around for wedding venues for yourself I would highly recommend you start here. I am willing to bet the bar will be set high enough that no one else will match the standards Terry and her team set.

Beautiful and gorgeous outdoor venue and one of the prettiest places for an event I have ever been to despite my bias as dad. Water features (manmade creek and waterfalls), outdoor activities for the guests like a small fire area and space for cornhole boards, lots of seating, large covered area with fans in case of rain. Large wooded property that is very well maintained. Really nice groom and bridal preparation areas with lots of mirrors, space to hang things, fans and a/c. Grooms area had a pool table, dart board, big screen tv, couches and place to get ready and eat also with a fridge. Golf cart also was a big help for guests we had with mobility issues. Bridal prep area had multiple chairs for the ladies to get makeup and hair done with bright lighting and mirrors. Large dance floor, lots of provided tableware and dinnerware and linens. Very nice tables and chairs. Good vendors with experience they work with available also for food and beverages. Shuttle brought guests from parking to the venue building before and after the ceremony. Never felt rushed or wanting for anything. We missed a day in paying the remaining amount due to my husband's best friend passing away and when I informed her of the situation she said a $100 late fee was going to be added. She said a contract is a contract. I Informed her that it's completely understandable but when someone passes away that should be considered. We ended up paying a $25 late fee because that's the best she should do. Yes it was $25 but you already know the customer has been through a lot, your going back and forth with her, and she's politely letting you know the circumstances but like she said a contract is a contract. So those $25 cost you a 1 star review. On top of that She never met us at the location. Everything is through text. Everything is an ADD ON fee. Literally the worst experience and the attitude / sarcasm you get makes the whole experience not worth your money!! If someone else would just manage the location they would probably make a lot of money. Customer service is everything and trust me that's one thing this owner lacks!! Trust me this isn't the only review about how unprofessional the person is, we should have listened to the rest of the low star reviews.

I definitely feel they can benefit from that as it gets colder out. The historic courthouse puts on different events each month as well as hosting private events like weddings. There is a lot of history with this courthouse. Definitely take a visit and explore.

My…read moremother located VIP Event Hall and we decided to hold my engagement brunch/surprise wedding there last week. Upon entering the venue we were hit with the overwhelming smell of fish . We had to call the owner and he came and sprayed air fresher but the smell was so bad we had to buy our own. As my event planner is setting up she took the attached photo and video. There were bugs all over this place with one crawling in my grandmothers plate and two crawling on my wedding cake we had to throw my cake away and kill bugs throughout the evening. I waited a week til I was calm and called the owner Mr. Boon and showed him the photo and video. He blamed US!! Like how dude ... we paid almost $4k for this Hall and to shut me up he offered me $100 say what! I would not recommend this place to anyone it was a pure embarrassment and the owner obviously has not intention of making it right

Not this place. My fiancé didn't even sign the contract and they served her Small Claims Court at her elementary school during hours with all the kids present. Chase was around all day of the wedding to drive us on the golf cart to anywhere we wanted to take photos on the property. We had beautiful weather the day of our wedding so we're able to take photos in different areas. The hills on the property are so pretty in pictures! Everything the day of ran absolutely perfectly. Our friends and family enjoyed corn hole and the fire pit. The area for the reception was large enough to have a five piece band and a stage without feeling cramped. We ended up renting the one bedroom Airbnb on property for the groom and groomsmen during the day so we had plenty of space getting ready. Would HIGHLY recommend having a wedding here!! It was the perfect day!
