Tim was the first one to respond and he came super quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote right from the start. I got to compare his quote with various others and he had the best rate. I could also tell that I can trust him because he was very upfront with everything he said he wanted to do and could do and he answered all the questions I had. He has lived up to that promise and more this whole time. Professionalism and dedication to work: from the little that I know about biweekly yard maintenance I feel like most landscapers come out for an hour or two for the quoted price. However, Tim has worked in our yard for sometimes over three hours because he is dedicated to getting the job done and making sure the yard looks great. He cares very much about the work that he does and that's why he stays until the job is done. Odds & Ends: we had two dead trees in the yard that had to be cut down, and Tim took it upon himself to find an excellent arborist that he knew of that would give us a good price and do excellent work. We also got other quotes and indeed found that Tim's recommendation was the best. If that wasn't enough, Tim noticed that we had some potentially broken fences and as predicted the fence fell down a few days later with a giant gust of wind. Tim offered to fix the fence with a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Tim enough because I admire his work ethic and his commitment to getting the job done. Usually I try to work with businesses that have lots of good reviews already but they all had to start somewhere so I thank my lucky stars that I became one of his first customers and got in on the ground floor!

These guys did an incredible job--they got on their ladder and trimmed way up some very mature laurels we have. Trimmed just enough so it looked tidy and wasn't encroaching on the sidewalk, but nothing too overly aggressive--our hedges still give lots of privacy. They did a huge amount of work and left the place spotless. Amazing!

We moved into our house in spring 2023 and never did any yard upkeep so Diego and his team did 3+ years of yard work and it looks INCREDIBLE. His team was able to get really in between the grout in the front and back yard and got rid of all of the weeds. They went above and beyond. We got 2 quotes for yard work and Diego's quote was CONSIDERABLY cheaper. The other company was quoting us $3700 and was trying to scam us probably because we're women. We got back to Diego a few weeks after and he still kept the same promised quote which shows their integrity.

Several months after the service, I am unable to stand by my original review. I struggle to find…read moreredeeming qualities in the staff and business practices of this company when issues arise. When I reached out after discovering continued issues with their work, they deflected responsibility, provided poor customer service, and in hindsight - were unprofessional and unskilled. When I sought a quote through Yelp in looking for someone to repair a leaking sprinkler, they were quick to respond. I saw on their website that they offered free estimates so I provided my address, and after they came, demanded I pay $200+ for a consultation fee after looking around. Since I brought up the false advertising and the free quote offer on their website, they "compromised" by saying that they would put the amount towards the service if I worked with them. This was their only compromise - no apology, no leaving, just a demand that I pay the $200 for coming out, or work with them. After I agreed and accepted the offer, they did the job poorly, and kicked an underground pipe (in front of my husband, and dismissed his concerns when he noted that kicking the pipe may break it) which later began leaking. They continued to deflect responsibility when we tried to reach out about the escalated leak when our water bill increased the following month. When they did communicate with us, we were instructed to monitor the leak for a month and return with observations. Zero follow up. Then, when they came back to review the issue in person, they insisted on an additional weathering service before addressing responsibility, and would not accept any fault or offer any solutions except to have them come back in the Spring to turn the water back on....for another $200. Again, denying any culpability nor offering solutions. There was repetitive and creepy emphasis on leaving them a good review online, saying there was no issue, and continued deflection, and denial of responsibility. I don't know what kind of Jedi mind trick they're attempting here but my first hand witness and water bill speaks for itself. Beware.

Turns out, some of the wood in the deck was "indoor" wood and failed. They took apart the stairs, removed and replaced the bad/damaged wood, and rebuilt and painted where needed. they finished the job quicker than the original estimate. We were very impressed with their quality and how great they were to work with.
