The work provided included a grading of a hill to open up our basement to create a patio area, separate entrance, and ramp up. I found Earthwork Solutions through Angie's List and am so so grateful I did. He didn't charge me to come out same day and take a look at our situation. He was realistic and patient with us as our knowledge of septic systems was very much lacking. Tim was the first one to respond and he came super quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote right from the start. I got to compare his quote with various others and he had the best rate. I could also tell that I can trust him because he was very upfront with everything he said he wanted to do and could do and he answered all the questions I had. He has lived up to that promise and more this whole time. Professionalism and dedication to work: from the little that I know about biweekly yard maintenance I feel like most landscapers come out for an hour or two for the quoted price. However, Tim has worked in our yard for sometimes over three hours because he is dedicated to getting the job done and making sure the yard looks great. He cares very much about the work that he does and that's why he stays until the job is done. Odds & Ends: we had two dead trees in the yard that had to be cut down, and Tim took it upon himself to find an excellent arborist that he knew of that would give us a good price and do excellent work. We also got other quotes and indeed found that Tim's recommendation was the best. If that wasn't enough, Tim noticed that we had some potentially broken fences and as predicted the fence fell down a few days later with a giant gust of wind. Tim offered to fix the fence with a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Tim enough because I admire his work ethic and his commitment to getting the job done. They did some septic work for me, quickly and efficiently…read more I had a pump and a float fail, causing the system to back up, they were referred and are a family owned and operated buisness. After they got it to a point that I was able to use water they diagnosed the pump failure and pulled the pump. They then verified it out to double check it was not a control or float issue, pumps are expensive and they ensured it was indeed the issue before replacing it. Once that was completed they isolated the failed float and replaced it to ensure if there is an issue in the future it will alarm and prevent the backup. 100% will use them again and refer them to anyone looking. They are an honest and fair family-owned buisness, exactly who i would want tobsupport!

Because of the way that this other company acted I just had him pump the tank and not inspect. They failed my system. I called Always Excavating they came out very professional on time looked at my system found a plug that have been unplugged... No idea how it got unplugged...
