Several months after the service, I am unable to stand by my original review. I struggle to find…read moreredeeming qualities in the staff and business practices of this company when issues arise. When I reached out after discovering continued issues with their work, they deflected responsibility, provided poor customer service, and in hindsight - were unprofessional and unskilled. When I sought a quote through Yelp in looking for someone to repair a leaking sprinkler, they were quick to respond. I saw on their website that they offered free estimates so I provided my address, and after they came, demanded I pay $200+ for a consultation fee after looking around. Since I brought up the false advertising and the free quote offer on their website, they "compromised" by saying that they would put the amount towards the service if I worked with them. This was their only compromise - no apology, no leaving, just a demand that I pay the $200 for coming out, or work with them. After I agreed and accepted the offer, they did the job poorly, and kicked an underground pipe (in front of my husband, and dismissed his concerns when he noted that kicking the pipe may break it) which later began leaking. They continued to deflect responsibility when we tried to reach out about the escalated leak when our water bill increased the following month. When they did communicate with us, we were instructed to monitor the leak for a month and return with observations. Zero follow up. Then, when they came back to review the issue in person, they insisted on an additional weathering service before addressing responsibility, and would not accept any fault or offer any solutions except to have them come back in the Spring to turn the water back on....for another $200. Again, denying any culpability nor offering solutions. There was repetitive and creepy emphasis on leaving them a good review online, saying there was no issue, and continued deflection, and denial of responsibility. I don't know what kind of Jedi mind trick they're attempting here but my first hand witness and water bill speaks for itself. Beware.

Initially this company was hired through a managing contractor to rebuild my retaining wall. Harry…read moreand his workers, especially Benjamin, were very easy to work with. I chose his bid although it was higher than another one because his ideas made more sense for a better long lasting product that's very important to a house. Building a new fence seemed a better option than rebuilding the old one. Everything was done beyond my expectations, a slight problem with the fence was quickly repaired. Because he did such a great job, I decided on my own to hire him directly without bothering with other bids due to working with him as well as the quality of his work. He really wants to be proud of the final product for his customers and his sense of workmanship and integrity. This time he put pavers instead of cement along the side of my house, an area outside my basement, several steps alongside two gardens for veggies or flowers as I eventually will decide. Then on the top of this is another area for pavers and a walkway to my side door. Added some mulch around some trees to prepare for plants when I find time to finish this lovely backyard. There's still a decent amount of grass remaining and I plan to have his company finish to the side and front of my house later this year. Highly recommend!

Got a competing quote and Diego was way more affordable. His crew came just a couple of days after I got the quote. These guys did an incredible job--they got on their ladder and trimmed way up some very mature laurels we have. Trimmed just enough so it looked tidy and wasn't encroaching on the sidewalk, but nothing too overly aggressive--our hedges still give lots of privacy. They did a huge amount of work and left the place spotless. Amazing!

His team was able to get really in between the grout in the front and back yard and got rid of all of the weeds. They went above and beyond. We got 2 quotes for yard work and Diego's quote was CONSIDERABLY cheaper. The other company was quoting us $3700 and was trying to scam us probably because we're women. We got back to Diego a few weeks after and he still kept the same promised quote which shows their integrity.

I really appreciate how fast and straightforward this company is!
