So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Definitely above and beyond! Pretty stoked on their work and attention to detail!

I ran into some challenges when assembling a road bike that I bought online as a frame and set of parts. I brought the bike to The Hub a few times towards the end of the project. However when my daughter asked about the rock hard seat made more for a racer road bike, the man causally said that what they have for, "floor models" after 4 hours we headed back walking 1/3 of the way, jeezus never been so in pain on my Ischium. Both of us ! When we returned the bikes a day early cause we wanted to get rid of them. They asked how it was and I said yes it was a beautiful day and a great ride but we only enjoyed half of it.. he didn't remark and we were on our way. Wouldn't come to this bike rental again unless I had my own seat with me ready to go or my own bike and I was just going for repairs. I'm gonna spend the rest of my short vacation hobbling around with bruised bones.

Where we bought it was closed for the day and gone, not back till Monday and I did not want to wait so he recommended Hutch's. We were able to get in before closing and get the tire tube replaced so I can have my bike for the weekend. Super helpful and friendly and got us on our way and he showed my husband how to fix it and we ordered a couple for backup in the future. This place got us fixed up no problem and service was friendly and efficient. Definitely a busy place but great help and service.

They set up my tires with the proper air pressure for Bend single track. But the reason they deserve my 5 stars is that after my race, I came back to a closed shop just to wash down my bike at their wash hose station. There I met one of the mechanics, Gary, who went out of his way to open up the shop to get various brushes and Simple Green and he and I cleaned my beat up bike SHINY and ready to pack up back to San Diego!!! He and his shop were as warm and memorable as it gets!
