I'm new to Redmond and asked around for bike shop recommendations. Trinity seems to be the trusted go-to establishment for many folks. I've done business with them three times on two different bikes (an old MTB and Extracycle e-bike). I feel they're very professional and personable, charge reasonable prices, do great work, and they seem very honest in their dealings with customers. I was surprised and pleased to receive a follow-up phone call a couple weeks after having some work done on my mountain bike. They checked in to see whether I have had any issues with their work, if anything needs adjustment, and I'd I have any follow-up questions. That's exceptionally good customer service. My husband walked in 45 minutes before closing with a bike tire that wasn't taking air. They were willing to look it over and changed out the tube we brought in for $8!! (Yes. If we were at home and had the tools we could have done it ourselves but we were on vacation). They were so friendly and very reasonably priced! Not being from the area I needed to a place to pick up a 18in BMX tube. I called and was greeted by Greg. They had the tube in stock and held them for me. In the store they carry Trek and Electra bikes, mostly mountain and town style cruisers. What did I learn today? Electra bikes sell them self if you get the customer to ride it. - said salesman out on the floor. read more

Great service from Trevor and the team. After much work they updated our software on our Electra Townie Go cruisers to enable the walk mode to work. REI tried and failed to do this for us. In addition they researched bike communication systems for us with the full knowledge they are unable sell us the product, that is great customer service!! read more

Best bike store in town. The one theme running through all my glowing Central Oregon reviews is that I love places where the owner is actually in the shop. Trinity is a Redmond family owned bike shop that continues to evolve with the times. They treat you with respect and don't make you feel like a noob if you don't know everything there is to know about cycling. I am an casual to avid cyclist, but just moved here to town a while ago. They were super nice to me (they being Trevor and Tyler who are the mechanics in the back) and told me all about the MTB and road routes around town. There is even a shop ride open to people of all levels, which I plan on getting into when it gets warmer outside. They also carry my favorite socks in the world -- Chivaz, another local brand here in Redmond ;-) Support local mom & pop shops!! Get great support and maintenance!! Nice work Trinity. read more

Worst shop in central Oregon. Took a friend 2 months to get his bike back after they messed up a simple shock service and his shock literally exploded after 4 rides. They charged him every step of the way despite the fact that it was their fault. Do yourself and your bike a favor and don't take your bike there...ever!! read more

Bought my son a new scooter deck and bars for Christmas, there were some components that we didn't consider as my wife and I do t ride scooters LOL. Came to Redmond to visit family and brought his scooter in to get it all set up. Trevor was way cool and very knowledgeable not only about scooters but BMX, mountain and road bikes as well. His customer service was amazing and he was very professional In every aspect. If you are within driving distance, visiting this shop is well worth the drive. read more

After 20+ years with our mountain bikes, it was time to get a couple bikes that were more age-appropriate for our retirement years. That is, more comfortable, easier to ride and would last a long time. Trevor greeted us as we entered Trinity Bikes. We told him our situation and what we were looking for. Trevor asked us a bunch more questions about riding style, where we intended to ride the bikes, etc. and showed us to the Trek Shift 2 bikes. Trevor got to know us to better understand our biking needs and limit the choices to the bikes that made sense for us. The bikes were a perfect match. This is a quality service-oriented bike shop. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great product quality in the bike brands offered and accessories. All at a good price. Trinity Bikes also offer clinics (e.g. how to repair a flat tire), bike rides and a free annual bike tune-up for bikes purchased at Trinity for as long as you own your bike. read more

Absolutely awful....while they are friendly they are also incompetent. I took a one year old Salsa MTB in for failing brakes. They kept the bike for a month, failed to identify the issue as a warranty covered defect and charged me for over 300$ of unnecessary work. When I complained they blamed me for not instructing them properly and only partially covered the expense and left the bike still not repaired. A thoroughly terrible experience all around read more

This shop is excellent. Super knowledgeable & super friendly. These guys just genuinely love all things bikes. My 10 year old son & I have been on their Thursday night group rides twice now. Our riding skills are best described as out of shape beginners. Everyone on the ride was very friendly and encouraging. Somebody from the shop was either staying with us to make sure we were okay or constantly checking on us. They were also constantly encouraging us. read more

Awesome bike shop. Small town feel with extremely friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff. Eric, Trevor et al go out of their way to make sure you get the best service possible whether it be a purchase, repair or free advice. The store has a community feel and they take time to help out the young riders with their scooters. I often ask Eric and Trevor for advice on social and business stuff in Redmond not related to biking because they know the area so well and are so damn nice and personable. We bought our Santa Cruz bikes in Bend before we knew them and even though we get free annual tuneups and a discount on parts at the Bend shop where we bought our bikes (which is a great bike shop) we get our bikes serviced at Trinity because they are local, very good, care personally about us and the wait time for service is minimal. Who wants to wait 2-3 weeks to schedule a needed repair in July or August 20 miles away when you can get great work done in a couple days at Trinity during peak riding season? The only drawback is they are closed on Sunday. read more
