I would give Ms. Shipley's firm zero stars if possible. She has a pleasant personality and does a…read morefine job talking through the various issues we are confronting. However, she has an extremely difficult time staying on task, which is a big problem when you're being charged $300 per hour for her time. Even worse, she charges an incredibly egregious amount of time (i.e., money) producing documents that not only are just push button reproductions of earlier clients' documents but are so full of errors that you spend a good amount of the next session (i.e., more money) correcting the simple errors in her first draft. She charged $450 to produce a memorandum of understanding that had so many pathetically basic errors in it that it stretched credulity to believe she put 10 minutes into creating the document, much less the 90 minutes she billed. For instance, in the MOU's preamble she had the wife married to another woman because she'd neglected to strike that woman's name from the document she was copying from and replace it with the husband's name. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I could go on, but I have other things to do today and I think everyone who has read this far has gotten the point.

They always have plenty of connections for our big group, and plenty of monitors to make sure we all can hear everything clearly. The staff is usually pretty attentive to our needs. They are not crazy about you touching the mixing board so you have to bring them in when you want to tweak stuff but they are usually on top of it. Whether you are a professional touring act needing a place to prepare or a local band needing a place with great sound to practice, this is a great spot.

I didn't dent her driver side door, I didn't cause any real damage and I filed immediately with my insurance carrier to get their car repaired. The damages to the person's car totaled $597, parts and labor. I thought all was settled and well until I received a notice about 11 months later, that I was being sued. The person had filed a bodily injury claim for $70,000 against my insurance the claim was denied. They then sued me, for the same amount. After almost a year of getting a case together for trial, she finally settled and only received, MAYBE $4500.00. I get, Ponce has a job to do, but I feel like being the established firm they are. They should be able to better judge foolishness. I was literally going 5-10 when I hit the person. While a thousand percent my fault. This was a result of wasted resources and sleepless nights for me. Some do require their services, reckless and egregious drivers. I was not nor have I ever been either and I did everything I should have done in ensuring I accepted accountability.
