This man will not fail you. He repaired my wife's tooth without any pain and in appropriate steps. He discussed all treatment options, costs/benefits/risks were disclosed honestly. When I asked why the payment they were requested upfront to schedule the appointment was so high, the stated they require payment upfront and then bill my insurance. They advised once they bill my insurance they will issue a refund. They scam customers and force them to have debt, opposed to being clear and transparent. If they were unable to schedule with a in network provider the should have made it clear, so I could seek treatment elsewhere.

I get in here and this office see's that I have a unused insurance policy and they start celebrating with dollar signs! After the dentist exam I am presented with a plan that is through the roof in cost and in most aggressive treatment. When I look at their plan it appears their prices are very high. I come home and start looking in dental insurance portal where I can choose this same dentist I went to and choose every procedure he quoted me on and his PPO price (my price) is listed for me to see. Well, all of my quoted prices are very inflated from the PPO prices. I called my insurance company and they double checked these figures for me - he quoted me much higher than what he is contracted with my insurance company to provide. My insurance company showed me how he is ranked as one of the higher priced dentist even at the lower prices! I went to another dentist and got a second opinion and was amazed at the difference in every aspect of care. The treatment plan I got there makes perfect sense and I am completely comfortable with it. I really like every aspect of the new office and actually look forward to getting the work done.
