I recently received a large inheritance. I was given options with yearly limits of $5,500 and $18,500. Um, yeah. THANKS! I was then given a card with an 800 number to call for more assistance. I kid you not. They have an office and when you go in, they tell you to call someone on the phone at some call center. Their email support is not responsive and the chat support is actually broken. They promised tax forms sometime in February just like they do every year, and today is March 1, which was the reason for my call. It's reasonable to say a minor delay could be excusable, but when there are brokerages who have a human answer the phone nearly immediately, there's no need to deal with a business who disrespects your time like this. I'll be switching to Fidelity when the time is right. UPDATE: days later and still no email response from customer service, not even a "let's schedule a call since we can't discuss sensitive information over email" type of response.

They literally sold $75 worth of stock without my knowledge and pocked the money. Yeah, sure. $75. I took my stocks and moved them to a site that isn't selling my stocks without my knowledge and stealing their 'fees'. The employee I talked with, Adriana, was useless.
