No envelopes are required for any deposits; you can insert a stack of checks or a stack of cash, and the friendly robot counts it for you. Hooray! The only confusing thing about this location is the fact that there are multiple entrances and what resembles a moat around the entire place. Use the second entrance if you want to use the ATM or drive-thru banking.

Lady here had denied me service earlier that day because I had a money order check I needed to cash…read morethat was not signed. Unbelievable.. For the record, Legally, A purchasers signature is not required for a money order to be negotiable. So I spent an hour and a half of my day meeting up with my home buyer on his lunch break to have him sign it. Then the same lady there accused me of forging the signature on the money order check when I got back. Even after showing her extensive documentation on the check, I showed her docusigned papers for the check. $1000 Due diligence for selling my home with all of our signatures and names printed on it. But no that still wasn't enough. I had to call my agent and she had to call their agent to contact the home buyers just so they could talk to him on the phone, So finally she accepts it after hassling me for 15min letting a huge line pile up behind me. Then doesn't mention that there was a $50 fee after she hands the cash to me. I refused and gave the money back.. All that for nothing! And she had an attitude the whole time. I recently needed to get something notarized and was dreading the trip to my bank (one of the "big…read morebox banks") that would probably eat up hours of my day. One suggestion came up that I should try calling Schwab to see if they offer the service, and they do!! Called ahead and Cooper told me that both persons manning the desk had the ability to notarize documents, no appointments needed. Later in the day, I made my way over to Schwab. The SouthPark location is super convenient, they have their own, dedicated parking lot that was easy to get in and out of. The counter is shared with TD Ameritrade, so once you figured out which side of the main desk to go to, it was a breeze. Cooper looked like he just came back from lunch, or a break but he remembered my voice from my phone query and we got to notarizing (with valid ID and documentation of course!) There was no line and the whole thing probably took 15min (I spent more time driving to the location I bet). Of course, I was only notarizing two documents (total of 6-8 pages of information for my professional engineering license... so I'm sure you need to allot for more time if you have a lot of paperwork to go through and review). It also helps that I am a Schwab account holder. Overall it was a great experience, and I need to think of them more often when I need to do "official business things" or in need of a notary.
