From customer service to dispatch to service technician....EVERYONE was above exemplary in their approach to my concerns. Josh, was the service technician that served the moment. He took care to inform of foreseeable concerns, but admitted that even through his diagnostics couldn't narrow what triggered my issue. What could've been a very expensive call was minimally fiscally conservative in its service charge. The system was running again very shortly. And this morning, I rose to the comfort I have grown accustomed. PREFERRED is now my preferred HVAC/plumbing go to and I elected their PPP maintenance option.
