I work for an apartment complex. We had one hot water heater that needed replacement, a leaky…read moretoilet, and wanted a few other hot water heaters to be looked at proactively. We called another local plumber who had great lip service but never followed through or came back to do the estimate. When we reached back out, we were given a time frame of a few days. We called Plumb Easy and they were here in seriously less than an hour. They were able to fix the leak within the day, the toilet the following, and made a game plan for the others that they actually followed up with. I'm writing this today because we had a hot water heater start leaking early this morning. We immediately called Plumb Easy based on our previous positive experience and again they were here within the hour.
