Two of the girls were working and one immediately came over to help us. She explained how the packages worked, and we decided to paint a little charcuterie board and grab a couple of drinks. We spent about two hours painting, hanging out, and enjoying ourselves. It was the most random and fun adventure that we did not anticipate having. Tate's style is a bit non-traditional, but with vibrant colors and features local settings such as Shem Creek, the Old Village, the College of Charleston, and Rainbow Row. One of his pieces was chosen as the official design for the 2017 Cooper River Bridge Run. Tate's art has been made into prints and puzzles, which you can buy here at the gallery, online, and in a few local stores. I was in there for at least 5 minutes before I walked out. Truly disappointed in my experience. I guess you have to look like you have money in order to be helped in making a sale. Not sure if your employees are on commission or not, but they certainly lost a sale in me. I guess I'll start looking on your website or stand alone businesses that may carry your products.
