Beware of this office. They are not reliable in checking for insurance coverage. My daughter was…read moretold she was covered by insurance when she was not. She asked them repeatedly if she was going to owe anything on the visit and they said no because she was covered. Unfortunately they did not even check to see if she was covered and she ended up owing hundreds of dollars on a visit. They also had things done on this visit that would never have been agreed to had she known it was not covered. They refused to take any responsibility for not checking the insurance. Threatened to send the bill to collections and were generally nasty about the whole thing. They have lost a patient due to their handling of this matter. The actual staff doing the dental work was always great according to my daughter but the reception staff and office manager are not doing their jobs.

All except the root canal work done by their referral. All work was relatively pain free as planned. You can feel good with either dentist at this location. I am very picky about the results; my expectations were and are exceeded in every way. Seeing the dentist can be costly, but I can say they did what is best for my overall health and long-term relationship with my mouthcare regiment. Mouth guard wore out after several years; got new one; they clean my mouth guard at visits for free. Very satisfied with my long-term use of services. My wife is also very pleased her dental care and how they conduct their business.. My age is 64 years old. Several of my teeth have been replaced by this office too. I am staying with this office.
