Oh brother... a root canal, the most fun you can think of to have on an early morning. What I…read moretotally hate is having to pay again for a procedure I've already had in the past. That said, my Dentist Dr Scott Kibler of Old Trolley Dental referred me over to innovative Endodontics. I literally was over there as soon as my procedure with my dentist concluded; that's how fast they got me in. At Innovative Endodontics, located behind Food Lion, they will take very good care of you. That said the parking lot is very easy to get in and out of and it's in a very safe section of town. Walking in, it's very clean and sterile. Moreover, the people here are phenomenal! From the front desk, to the assistants and so on they're all extremely kind. Moreover, they had the info from my dentist, along with xrays sent over so the process to get started went extremely quick. When I first got in the chair they went over my issues and I met Dr. Jason Umbach a very charismatic and knowledgeable surgeon. He went over his plan of attack and made sure I was at ease. The only issue I have is I hate, HATE my face being messed with in terms of mouth or anything like it. Therefore, I requested nitrogen, of which they don't offer. But they did numb me to the point I didn't feel anything other than pressure. Sorry, that can't be avoided. He was quick yet he did offer intermissions to give me a break. I mean I believe he was quick then again, I'm not sure how long it should take; however, it seemed ok. The process was a smooth as could be expected. Overall, the experience wasn't painful or unnecessarily extensive yet detailed and their work which included numerous xrays which remedied my situation. The price was as expected and there were no "gotchas." The staff were excellent and I love the surgeon. I believe you can have faith in this practice that they have your health in mind when taking care of you. If you have some serious work that needs to be done, I would call them. I trust your visit will be as rewarding as mine.

Definitely 5-Star! My experience with Innovative Endodontics…read morecouldn't have been better. From the very first time I walked into their office, I was at ease. The staff Amber in reception and Faith Dr. Umbach's assistant were welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything in the office reception room, interior rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I appreciated the advanced technology at their disposal for my treatment. Not to mention, the almost spa like special amenities to make me feel more comfortable during the process. The care and skill I received from Dr. Umbach was top notch and I am very grateful for their service. Thank you, Donna Sager

Quick show of internet hands, who likes going to the dentist? Exactly, yet when we have something…read morewrong with our mouth, we act as if they're modern day miracle workers who can improve the health of our mouth for no money, right now and everything will be perfect. Do we not realize, these people are key to making kissing our lovers more palatable (bonus if you caught the play on words)? Considering I what I just wrote, I've pondered this dilemma many times. So in essence I'm more apt to cut some slack in these regards. At Old Trolley Dental Associates off of the namesake road, they will take very good care of you. That said the parking lot is very easy to get in and out of and it's in a very safe section of town. Walking in, it's very clean and sterile. Moreover, the people here are phenomenal! From the front desk, to the assistants and so on they're all extremely kind. Moreover, they were able to get me in very quickly, which I can't claim about so many other options in the area. When I first got in the chair they went over my issues, did xrays, did an inspection and had a quote pretty quick. This is important b/c dental work can get expensive very quickly. In other words there were no surprises while the assistant was extremely helpful and literally took measurements of everything. Literally the most comprehensive exam I've ever had. Next, enter Dr Scott Kibler. Of course, I had to throw the "anti-dentite B###" from Seinfeld in there. He had a great sense of humor. But what I really liked is he was a realist, not sugar coating (pardon the reference) my exam and treatment. As for the procedure, he's very efficient and will numb you up as much as needed. I never felt pain and was surprised how quick the procedure went. It was the smoothest visit I've ever had, even with getting a crown. Also this point is HUGE. They do the crowns on site via a 3D printing machine. This means, no temp crown and having to come back later. This to me was a most welcome surprise. Overall, the process was detailed and their work which included numerous xrays remedied my situation. The price was as expected and there were no "gotchas." The staff were excellent and I love the dentist. I believe you can have faith in this practice that they have your health in mind when taking care of you. For the first time ever, I won't mind going to the dentist.

With multiple visits for teeth cleaning, quick x-rays, x-ray evaluation and visual inspections,…read moretooth cavity removal, on-site tooth construction and cap placement and shaping. All except the root canal work done by their referral. All work was relatively pain free as planned. You can feel good with either dentist at this location. I am very picky about the results; my expectations were and are exceeded in every way. Seeing the dentist can be costly, but I can say they did what is best for my overall health and long-term relationship with my mouthcare regiment. Mouth guard wore out after several years; got new one; they clean my mouth guard at visits for free. Very satisfied with my long-term use of services. My wife is also very pleased her dental care and how they conduct their business.. My age is 64 years old. Several of my teeth have been replaced by this office too. I am staying with this office.
