Upon arriving at my appointment as a new client, I wasn't greeted well and the young lady that attended to me. I guess you could say the dental hygienist. She was very kind and welcoming and social. We follow up with the exam after the exam they quote me what I need which is only a deep cleaning And I agreed to it and the dental hygienist says well. I only have time for half of your mouth and I agreed to it,unfortunately. The quote that they gave me was way higher than what my insurance covers I have an 80% but I paid alot more when it clearly showed on my print out my assigned copay. I just didn't understand the numbers scale and clearly they didn't or didn't want to charge me correctly and after that, the dentist tries to upsell me on a mouthguard... that's when I knew something is off cuz I don't need a mouth guard I have a habit since I was born, clearly he wanted to upsell, so I schedule my follow up appointment for my left side of my mouth cleaning a month in advance for the 30th then I receive a call canceling this appointment and claiming it's the dentist prerogative to cancel at their leisure, the attendant was so rude with no concern about my left side gaslighting my into believing that it's the dentist prerogative without finding coverage for that day. Key here I scheduled a month in advance they should know in advance days they're taking off for the year, unprofessional. My final experience, my insurance company informs me that I did not have to pay such a high copay. and so yes, this business will quote you high Until they receive notification from your insurance of what your actual co-pay is and then apply those funds towards a credit so you'll have a credit towards your next service not knowing what the future holds, so I would beware with this dental office on what you're paying for and what you're receiving they are selling up and they cancel appointments and they don't keep their word and rude about refunding I have to wait on a check from their accountant to come back, but they were quick to take my overpaid copay and on top of that, they plan on mailing it to me until I called and asked if I could go by and pick up the check. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard as to when or if they received the check for me to go pick up, I would definitely not recommend this Dental Office, their professionalism is definitely off financially and socially. I have been going here for 3 years. They are always wonderful and so helpful. They always get us in quickly and we fabulous when my wisdom teeth got infected. Dr. M got in me in last minute, referred me out quickly and I was able to get them extracted. They take time to explain what is going on and don't try and talk you into extra things. Practice is very clean and Covid protocols in place, including patients waiting in their cars (although curiously, Dr. Breault shook my hand). Front Desk and techs are very kind and helpful. However I felt like Dr. Breault was trying to "up-sell" me. I went in for a simple issue and he spent most of the appointment trying to convince me that I needed a lot of expensive dental work done. I ended up going to another dentist who easily took care of my original issue. read more

My daughter went there to have a root canal done recently after procedure she went to check out and pay for her service. She was using my CareCredit card after providing my info with me on the phone the card was not working, the lady working the front desk said my card was not coded for dental payments. Ok, I did not know there are separate codes but ok I call CareCredit and they do not know what I am talking about, I could just be not explaining it correctly, so they suggest to me to have the dental office call their merchant customer service number. I relay this info to the lady at the front desk and she will not because she says they have never had to call CareCredit for a customer before. A simple phone call to get the dentist you work for get paid, luckily my daughter had money to cover the cost but what if she didn't. Her lack of customer service could have cost the practice well over $500.00. She needs to be retrained on what her job is. read more

Really like this dentist, from check in, cleanings and fillings. The dental technicians are friendly and put you at ease.

I love this dental office. That says alot since I hate going to dentist. But not here!
