It's probably one of the cleanest I've ever been in. Not a single machine was out of order and they all look brand new. Medium machines are $6.50 a load. Largest machine is $9 a load. Instead,& I was charged for a cleaning which I never asked for. They are now refusing to fix the romper as they originally said they would and fix the silk top. I pointed out that she only looked at one pair of pants and repeated that I just wanted an explanation. She snapped back at me and said "It's impossible!". I took the pants to another alterations estabishment where the kind woman said it was a very easy fix and would do it for $25. I don't know if Kings Valet is under new ownership. I didn't recognize the woman that waited on me. But they won't be getting my business anymore.
