George, the owner, and his son Chris came the next day and provided and estimate that I felt was completely reasonable, especially since they needed to fabricate the length of the opener then install. They gave me a date for installation; Chris arrived in the AM and started to work. George also was on site for part of the install. Both old springs on the doors were replaced as well. Chris finished up in about 4 hours with two new openers installed and even swept out the most used bay! The cost was just as quoted. I found this company to be professional, on-time and on-price. If i didn't like the quote, no problem, he would leave. If I did like it, he had all of his stuff there ready to go. I have never dealt with such a professional, kind, hard working tradesman since I have moved to the area several years ago. I live in a reno, so I've been working with various contractors, tradesman, etc. for the past three years. Again, very professional. Via email the quote was a wide range for a good reason but the upper price point was still very affordable for such a large tree. After showing up and looking at it the quote was within that range and after the job was done, maybe an hour and a half, he charged me $100 LESS than what he quoted me because the job was easier and faster than he anticipated. WHAT?? He charged me LESS than the quote. That is really a first for me. I have an entire acre of tree stumps that I will need done eventually, I know who I'm hiring.

Even the most expense I found was $300 and so I told Mr Fusaro it was overpriced chimney cap and the cost of the cap and to screw it on at almost $900 after spending $1200 was insane. Well by the time I found a the HOP accreditation "sanctioned" company to come out, yep birds and nests were back in the chimney... get this; I paid another $700 but it was TWO Chimneys, Two mesh stainless steel caps and labor. Here's the thing... At times you get local companies been around a while who look at your address and charge you an absurd amount. When in fact it's always sad when a Mystic company takes advantage of Mystic homeowners. Fusaro charged me outlandish price of $1200 to clean two chimneys because he said I called him on a weekday emergency.. fact is I had three other companies who would have done it. I mistakenly gave him my box thinking he wouldn't rip me off. Or proselytize their Jehovah Witness belief on me during my working hours.
