Never answer the phone. Always charge elaborate rates even when they don't even fix anything!

My truck had a transmission replaced and the entire bill (less a 200.00 deductible) was paid for by the extended warranty company. The service rep told me at the time of pickup that the new transmission and work was covered for 2 years. So 1 year and 6 months later I have a problem with a front wheel bearing and take it to the dealership. The wheel bearing and related items that they found were still covered under my extended warranty all with a 200.00 deductible. The service department calls me and says that I have to pay 1200.00 because the warranty company wont cover the leaking torque converter seal. No matter how I tried to explain to the service department this specific problem should be covered by the dealership, they provided several excuses blaming the extended warranty company. Service dept tells me the warranty company only covered 80% of the parts, but the warranty company said they paid 100%. Service department tells me then that the warranty company disagreed with the time it took to complete the work. When in fact the estimate the service dept sent me showed the exact same hours that the warranty company says was normal, however the dealership increased each job by 1 hour to cover the repair of the torque converter seal. No matter what common sense explanation I asked for, the service department came up with some excuse blaming the warranty company. The warranty company said all I was responsible for was the 200.00 deductible, but once they start the work I was at their mercy. All told and at the end, I was charged 898.00 for work that the dealership should have paid for. The funny thing is that the new service rep that the dealership had looked me straight in the face and told me everything was correct. I asked her how she could ethically and morally do this to people and I never received a response. I am still considering legal action against the dealership. read more

After a long wait and some uptightness, I received my Jeep back. Everything seems fine as far as the repairs go. I'm taking it to my shop to give it a once-over, but I'm good with the results so far. read more

Bought a car online from out of state. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the process and checking the boxes as we went. Delivered the car to me as well, would recommend for anyone that is in a drivable distance to shop there. If you are a little further away and have the time to do what I did, then id also recommend. read more

Going into the service, they paid the most for my truck to help me out. Everywhere else was a couple grand short.

Will never use this dealership again. I had a morning appointment made a month before the date to have the tires rotated and the oil changed. Called at 2:00 for an update and was told the car hadn't been looked at yet. I was promised a call before closing to tell me if it would be finished that day. No call came and no one answered my call 10 minutes before closing time. The next morning when I called they still hadn't done the oil change because they didn't have the oil filter in stock! Took them two hours to get one delivered from an auto parts store a half mile away. So 26 hours after my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the car was finally done! I've bought several vehicles for my family and my business over the last couple of years and these guys have been awesome! Just an overall great experience, and I really couldn't ask for much more in a car dealership. Rumor has it they had to fire a dishonest employee that left them picking up the pieces. Ok. I bought a used , as is car from here and the experience was the worst. This is the third and last car my family will be purchasing from them. I went in and looked at a car, the dealer Matt said the odometer was not working. I said, is there anything else wrong with it ? He said , no, that is it . I took a couple of days to think about it and went back. I got there and he said it was in for the odometer to be repaired and was going to cost more . I agreed on the price. Went back to pick it up and there where now the check engine and airbag lights on . The interior was a mess and not cleaned as specified. I called them , and of course it came back that i did indeed buy it as is and that they didn't know the lights would be on . I stated how i purchased it . I talked to the manager and he said it would be taken care of. Went to pick it up and it still had the airbag light on and was not cleaned. The detailer sprayed something to make the dash shiny and walked away. DO NOT BUY HERE. And after all of that , it turns out the mirrors and sunroof do not work. Missing the catalytic converter. Ordered a car through Greg in July, I paid a deposit have gotten a locked In quote and everything. I have been receiving updates on my car. The recent update states that my car has been built and shipped. Called the dealership and they are refusing to ship my car stating that I was quoted too low even though a paid a $500 deposit to lock in the price and have proof of everything. Be carful shopping here, they are SHADY Currently having a troubling experience with this company. I ordered 2 cars 4 months ago paid a deposit discussed pricing and made a custom order for each one. Rep told me the car takes 4-6 weeks. I paid a 500$ deposit for each car to lock in the deal! I didn't hear from them for 3 months so I called them, they said the previous rep got promoted and this new guy is taking over. Also that the cars should arrive in 7-14 days roughly. I'm at the 4 th month mark and still no update or phone call or anything so I called. Rep said he's sorry the previous rep is fired now, and all his orders are wrong. They said both cars are going up in pricing 200$ minimum more than quoted initially. Up until this point I have been patient and understanding, but this sounds like a SCAM. It sounded as if the dealer wanted to get me to not take my order so he can sell it to someone else. That was my vibe. The crazy part is I paid a 500$ deposit and I have my order receipt also I have my text message thread showing the quotes and everything. I'm currently waiting to hear back from management on how they want to handle this. But it's not too promising update coming as soon as I hear back from them read more
