They had plenty of samples and a great selection of products at amazing prices. Who would have ever thought that cheese curds come in that many flavors? I bought a few items, which were all excellent in quality. You can also watch the cheesemaking process from the shop, which was quite interesting. There was nothing fancy about the shop, but it was incredibly clean and the workers were friendly. It was definitely worth the 20-25 minute or so detour through Amish country from the interstate to this gem. I regret not buying more cheese there but considering I was away from home, I tried to limit myself. If I would have known that what I purchased was so tasty (and well priced), I would have bought some more cheese to take through six states with me. We also picked up the HOPS and Nightshade cheeses which were wonderful. These were some of the best cheeses I've ever had. They offer three levels of cheese making classes on Thursdays and Saturdays.
