We made a reservation for my aunts birthday. We were seated promptly and she was given a birthday card from the staff at Catellos. This was so nice. Carlos took excellent care of us and when we opted to skip dessert, he brought her a small cannoli with a candle in it. The space is charming as it's an old building with some new touches that make it cozy and inviting. Highly recommend. We'll return for sure!

8.2/10 overall. My partner and I mainly went for the cheese wheel experience. The server or cook lights the inside of a parmasean wheel on fire and scoops the melted cheese to have with the choice of pasta. The experience comes with either rigatoni or Alfredo noodles with Guanciale. The noodles and sauce were good but the pork cheek was not for us. 1/2 of the bites were pure fat. The rest of the meal was outstanding including the calamari/shrimp appetizer, Caesar salad, and the caprese salad. We already talked about going back to try other main courses. They had 3 options for nonalcoholic mocktails/drinks so that would be an improvement they could make especially for the non drinkers that would still like a NA wine pairing with a nice Italian dinner. You can bring your own with a $15 corking fee. The ambience was relaxing and romantic. They had orchestral music of popular songs so it was fun guessing what songs they were. There was a piano in the center of the restaurant and the mood lighting made the place seem even more cozy.

Hidden Gem Make the 15 minute drive from The Northside of Indy and live a little. Get out of your bubble and find another, yiu'll be glad you burst it. Live a little! It's been 12 months since my last visit, in my opinion a tragedy! 2025 Thanksgiving Eve. I believe this is one of my favorite small locally owned restaurants I've ever been to more than 5x. All dishes I've had here are excellent...I believe in my precious post I mentioned this is not a place to get Chicken Parmigiano. This is a place to experience what Italian foods can be. Catello puts soul into his craft and it shows. You must view the menu to understand. Ambiance is splendid...light piano music wafts through the air like a Billy Joel song, white table clothes, comfy chairs and mood lighting. Service is excellent Food - Homemade pastas, sauces galore. Walnut cream sauce, pistachio pesto, delicate goat sauce. Today I tried Fried Tortellini garnished with freshed shaved parm and a pistachio pesto. Easily outpaces any fried ravioli I've tried. Crispy edges with a punch of meaty filling and richness of the sauce. Next the Fettuccine al Fileto - 10/10 Amazing! the sauces and fresh ingredients shown through and the burst of acid from fresh roasted cherry tomatoes took it over the top combined with marscarpone. Risotto Filetto and Gorganzola - 10/10. Rich creamy risotto with that hint of gorganzola zip and porcini... Desert - chocolate mousse made in house byt he pastry chef and I don't normally eat dessert but thus was rich creamy and decadent without being dense. Don't miss out on this hidden gem. Have you ever had a meal that was so perfect, that you think about it for days afterwards?! Great for Special occasions. The ambiance is wonderful. Food fits the decor. Our server was impressive. Gave us suggestions, wished us a sincere happy anniversary and he knew when we needed him, but never lingered. If you're looking for an outstanding place to dine, this is the place. Worth the drive. I had mama mias, and my husband had seafood. Both great. But i want rant about the side salad. So fresh, it was the best Ive had in a long time. Dressed in simple oil and vinegar. The gelato was incredible.

It's been couple years since we came and noticed restaurant expanded their space. A lady came in soon after we got there around 6pm and we were able to enjoy our meal with live piano music. Service was good overall. Food was excellent overall. We started out with Burrata cheese puffy pastry and it turned out better than we thought. My seafood pasta was bit different from couple years ago but it was really good. Pistachios cake and lemon blackberry cheesecake was very satisfying. Can't wait to go back and try something else on their menu!

My mother and I have been dining here for several years now and I just can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. Every experience is lovely and special. The food is always perfectly plated and tastes divine. Service is also always on point. Ambiance is always warm and welcoming, as are the staff. Just visited again tonight for my mother's birthday and it was everything we wanted in a special night out. Cannot wait to come back again! :)

We joked we didn't know who owned the place because every person there treated it as if it were their own. Super cute bistro vibe- our food was incredible! The shrimp cocktail, is a must! Massive shrimp! The beef Wellington bites, absolutely next level!! So glad we ordered those- they were the best! The tomato bisque soup came with a little grilled cheese sandwich - such a great touch! It was also one of the best tomato bisque soups we've had. Nailed it! The french onion soup was unlike anything we've ever had before, and incredible! The croissant toast with the cheese was such a treat! This place has been a hit with my "21+" family due to the great food, great location, and usually good service. Minors are not allowed. Our most recent visit yesterday had less than awesome service but maybe she was having a bad day. The building is old with lots of wood paneling ... very comfy. I love the small town feel!! The restaurant vibe reflects the town. Everyone is very welcoming. I didn't catch bartenders name, but she was very friendly to everyone at her bar. She told us her favorites on the menu. I appreciated her knowledge about the restaurant and the menu. The bar area seemed a little dark, but that actually enhanced the experience of an old bar. We only sat in the bar area, I believe there is additional seating in another room, but I didn't look. I opted for a grilled tenderloin and a cup of beer cheddar jalapeño cheese soup. The sandwich's are Ala carte. The sandwich was bigger than I expected, that would have been enough for lunch. The trick with grilled tenderloin is that many times it is over cooked, so it is dry. This was cooked to perfection; cooked but still moist. The sandwich, with the "garden" was awesome. Now to the soup. I think she said they use wee Mac as the beer. The jalapeño was puréed. There was crispy bacon crumbled on top; I did not care for the bacon. The soup was odd to me as I was eating it. Because of the texture, it reminded me of corn chowder. There was a little spice/flavor from the jalapeño. What was odd to me, was it didn't wow me like I thought it would, but I kept eating it. So in the end, I think I really liked it bc I ate all of it!!! The menu is not large, but has a good variety for its size. The desserts were impressive, I just didn't have room for it. I could easily become a regular there!!

The parking lot tailgating before dinner is half the experience. Where else can you sip a drink next to a pickup truck, make friends with complete strangers, and then walk inside to eat a meal that makes you question every life choice that led you to lesser restaurants? The food is absurdly good. The famous Perkinsville Pork deserves its own state holiday. Portions are generous, flavors are bold, and the menu somehow manages to feel both elevated and unapologetically Hoosier. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was chaotic in the best possible way.
